the one star is a reflection of a mobile app and not hubspot as a crm… on desktop. definitely one of the worst mobile app experiences ever. do not plan on managing relationships on the go.

Forgot my password so I hit the reset password button and tried to get it to send me an email to reset it it 5 times and it didn’t send. Went on their website to find a solution and found a message board with people having the same problem as me but to look at the replies how to fix the problem you have to LOG IN WHICH I CAN’T DO. Called the support helpline and can’t get anyone on the phone unless I give the automated system my hub id WHICH I CAN’T ACCESS WITHOUT LOGGING IN. Download and use if you want but you better hope you don’t have any problems because the people who created this app don’t care about their customers.

Start using HubSpot for our company to help inform people of our equipment. At first it was a good product after sometime we realized it way overkill for what we needed (we’re a small manufacturing company) I go to cancel auto-renew and their system won’t allow me (your supposed to be able to cancel through their website and it won’t allow me) I’ve contacted customer support and all I’m getting is we’re working on it and we will get back will you from the HubSpot customer service. Don’t sign up with up they try and hold you hostage.

Was highly disappointed that it took three phone calls to customer service for them to finally tell me it did not store images of the cards, which is a problem if you’re in a hurry, scan the card get the data but don’t have time to verify it once you save it the card disappears and you no longer have the data to check… In the environment we work in we do speed networking. You have two minutes with each client and no time address those type of issues.   And in today’s world two sided cards are very prevalent and it was unable to do two sided cards.   Just my opinion I think my frustration was how long it took to get an answer.

I still can't assign a product when creating a new deal, making it impossible to use the service on the go. This is a critical flaw that could easily be resolved by enabling access to the desktop version on mobile devices.

I signed up for a $20 monthly subscription with HubSpot to evaluate whether it was the right software for my real estate company. After using it for two months, I decided it wasn’t a good fit for my needs. However, my experience with their customer service and cancellation policy has been extremely disappointing.

Initial Issues:
 Despite being assured at the beginning that I could cancel my subscription at any time, I later discovered that HubSpot had tied me to an annual contract that I did not agree to or sign.
When I tried to cancel the subscription, I was informed that I would need to pay for the full year.

Customer Service 
I reached out to their customer service multiple times, both via phone and email, in hopes of resolving this issue.
Despite their initial reassurances, I was repeatedly told that I could not cancel my subscription or delete my account without paying for the entire year.

HubSpot continued to charge me for three months after my initial request to cancel.
Their cancellation and account deletion process seems deliberately complicated and misleading.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using HubSpot. Their cancellation policy and customer service practices feel deceptive and make it difficult for users to discontinue their service. If you're considering HubSpot, be very cautious and ensure you fully understand their terms and conditions before committing.

The option for scanning card need some work.
As soon as the app turns on to scan the screen turns blurry and therefore the scan quality is not the best.  And the upload of info makes it inaccurate.
