Majorly contributed to my PPD/PPA
Strongly advise against this app if you’re a perfectionist or self-confessed control freak like me! Using this app massively contributed to my PPD/PPA. You will become obsessed, kick yourself if you forget to track anything, obsess over the number of feeds or minutes sleep if you have a good night or bad night trying to recreate it or avoid a repeat. I’m now on baby 2 and can see how hugely unhealthy this app was for my personality type. Please trust your instincts and seek support from a professional if you’re concerned about anything, but don’t put yourself through the obsessive tracking of every little thing your baby does!

Really good app to record lots about baby.
Great that you can export CSVs.
Feedback I’d give: it would be good if you could record time bottlefeeding as well as volume. Also if you could pause and restart sleep recording.
Life saver
This app has been such a great help when it comes to getting my baby into a routine. Before using this app my daughter was a terrible sleeper and would wake up on several occasions during the night. She now she self soothes and sleeps through the night most evenings. It’s made such a difference to our lives. Thank you for helping me get her onto a good schedule and routine.
Amazing app
Really easy to use and so useful. I’ve used it on and off both with and without the paid for features, over the past 3 years. The “sweet spot” feature is really useful for taking the guesswork out of it. Also I like that it shows you patterns of sleep.
Great on those early months for tracking milk feeds too, when your brain is just to full to remember!
Must have for all parents
Initially, we used the app to record all feeds, changes and naps to monitor if our baby was getting enough and to judge when he would likely need something next (with baby brain you don’t always know what time of day it is!) But then we used the SweetSpot schedule creator with so far has been incredible. Rather than conforming to some of the other rigid sleep training programmes out there, with SweetSpot you can specify the morning rise and bed time that best suits your family and it uses your baby’s sleep patterns to create a schedule.
My husband and I both have the app on our phones so we can monitor our baby’s days when one of us are away.

Scammed
I was told I would be getting a 30% discount then I was charged full price . £105 !!! As a first time mum with a newborn I can’t simply lose over £100 . I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund but they keep ignoring me . I am devastated
Constantly bugging
I admit that when it works it is very handy but it bugs almost daily where you can’t put in any information and even erases some. Not helpful.
Happy family
Has changed our babies mood so much with knowing his sweet spots for naps has made him so less fussy to go for a nap and to go to bed as he is not as overtired!
Amazing app helps in the early days!!
This app is a godsend! Tracking sleep from day 1 builds up the algorithm so when they get slightly older it helps to know their best nap times. Takes away the guessing.
New phone
I love the app and have been using it for nearly 18 months and think it is brilliant. However got a new iPhone 14 last week and since logging into the app on it, it seems to have a bug. The information I put in doesn’t save or shows as if it has saved but as soon as I go off the app and back on it has disappeared.
Would score it a 5 for previous use as it is an amazing app. However would score it for a 1 now as it isn’t working and is more stressful just keeping fingers crossed it has saved.
