Waste of time
How many profiles with the same photos and names with different locations can someone put on here? And the amount of catfish profiles is insane. Devs obviously don’t care about scammers and fakes…. The “report profile” link doesn’t do anything either.

Nothing but scammers and fake accounts
App doesn’t open/launch
After downloading the app and using it for the first time, it wasn’t bad. But now I can’t even open the app…
I was skeptical
But I’m impressed with this app overall. Lacey from customer support was quick to assist when my account was temporarily suspended after some of my ~language~ was flagged (it was very flaggable) so it’s cool to know their monitoring system is so strict. I’m also happy i found an app that allows me to connect with people based on interests that are low key important to me
I’m a bit upset.
My profile was banned for no apparent reason. I hadn’t even talked to anyone yet. I would rate 0 starts if I could… too bad.

Finally in
Bought premium? Not worth what I bought, the week premium doesn’t offer what the other premium (more than one 😡) has. Questionable conversations with the “support team”. Orange dot means active within last three hours and no dot means inactive for more than three days, wouldn’t make sense for a user to flip flop from no dot to orange, back and forth within three days.
Randomly got suspended
I randomly got suspended after having my account for months with no issues. What really upsets me is that I had just matched with an amazing guy too 😭 I first started using this app back in 2021 and matched with this guy who I really hit it off with and ended up dating him for 3 years. He broke up with me so I figured I’d go back on Hud since I had such good luck the first time. I have no idea why I got suspended and honestly if I violated some rule or something it should have a feature that lets you correct it (if it’s something small like something weird on my profile) before just flat out suspending me. Hoping my account gets reinstated and especially hoping the guy I matched with is still there when it does 😭
