Nothing is uploaded. No account. No subscription. Just open the app and tap once, or add the widget to your lockscreen. Most meeting apps send your audio to the cloud. HuddleNotes doesn't. Recording, transcription, speaker separation, and summaries all run on‑device using Apple Intelligence. Your conversations never leave your iPhone unless you choose to share them. ONE TAP TO RECORD Open HuddleNotes and press Start. No setup screens, no sign‑in, no configuration. Recording keeps running when you lock the screen or switch apps, and a Live Activity keeps the timer and a live transcript on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • 100% on‑device — audio, transcripts, summaries, and voiceprints stay on your iPhone • Works fully offline, in airplane mode, anywhere • No accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no cloud • A clear "On‑device · Offline" badge, always visible UNDERSTANDS WHO SAID WHAT • Automatic speaker separation • Recognizes people by name when they introduce themselves • Optional voice profiles: enroll a few seconds of a voice and HuddleNotes labels them automatically in every meeting • Detects background/other conversations and keeps them out of your summary — add them back with one tap NOTES THAT ACTUALLY HELP • A thorough summary that captures the full context of the conversation • Key points in the order they came up • Decisions and action items, each with an owner and due date • Search across every meeting, note, and action • Rename speakers — it updates everywhere LISTEN BACK • Built‑in player with a follow‑along transcript that highlights as it plays • Tap any line to jump to that moment SHARE ON YOUR TERMS • Export to Markdown, PDF, plain text, or email • Send a whole meeting to another device with AirDrop and finish processing there — record on one iPhone, transcribe and summarize on your iPad MADE FOR iPhone AND iPad • A focused one‑handed experience on iPhone • A roomy sidebar + detail layout on iPad • A tap‑to‑record widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen PADDING THE DETAILS • Set a storage limit that fits your iPhone • Archive meetings instead of deleting; restore them anytime • A Focus reminder so calls don't interrupt your recording REQUIREMENTS On‑device transcription and summaries use Apple Intelligence and require a compatible iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or newer) running a supported version of iOS. On other devices you can still record, play back, and export your meetings; transcripts and summaries are created on supported hardware. HuddleNotes is a one‑time purchase. No subscription, ever. Please record responsibly and follow the laws in your area regarding recording conversations. ## HuddleNotes Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/6c/08/6f/6c086f34-b1fd-0441-7459-d6c1b988792b/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_17_Pro_-_2026-06-13_at_01.07.29.png/1206x2622.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/2d/9e/d3/2d9ed390-9027-3760-3b51-a8a60498a28f/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_17_Pro_-_2026-06-13_at_01.08.45.png/1206x2622.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/41/8d/4c/418d4ce2-d210-0b39-9bcf-f0030d1dd94b/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_17_Pro_-_2026-06-13_at_01.09.02.png/1206x2622.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ae/e5/6d/aee56d83-75af-7853-b577-554703233770/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_17_Pro_-_2026-06-13_at_01.10.02.png/1206x2622.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/77/40/2d/77402d61-f9c3-1256-ec65-a6e5bacb2dbf/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_17_Pro_-_2026-06-13_at_01.13.27.png/1206x2622.png) ## HuddleNotes Rating Breakdown in Australia - 5 stars: 1 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## HuddleNotes Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | Norway | Productivity | #16 | | Top Paid | Norway | Overall | #148 | ## HuddleNotes Available In - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/huddlenotes-meeting-notes-iczA/australia) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/huddlenotes-meeting-notes-iczA/hungary) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/huddlenotes-meeting-notes-iczA/israel) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/huddlenotes-meeting-notes-iczA/peru) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/huddlenotes-meeting-notes-iczA/saudi-arabia) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/huddlenotes-meeting-notes-iczA/ukraine) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/huddlenotes-meeting-notes-iczA/austria) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/huddlenotes-meeting-notes-iczA/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
