One mix. One chance. Hue Today is your daily color challenge. Every morning, a mystery color appears. The same one for every player around the world. Your goal? Mix paint from a simple palette and match it as closely as you can. No timers. No tutorials. No second submissions. Just you, a handful of colors, and one honest attempt. It takes seconds to play. It takes weeks to really get good. ——— How to play Tap colors from the palette to blend them together and watch your mix change in real time. When you feel confident about it, tap Submit and discover your match percentage. That's the whole game, and somehow, it never gets old. The palette is deceptively simple. Anyone can play on day one. But chasing that 95%+ match? That requires patience, a good eye, and an understanding of how colors interact. Warm pulls. Cool cools. A little purple goes a long way. ——— Three ways to play Daily Challenge - The core experience. One target color per day, shared with every Hue Today player on the planet. You get one submission and your result is yours forever. No redos. It's the kind of game that gives you something to look forward to every morning. Sandbox Mode - Mix freely without anything on the line. Experiment with combinations, train your eye, and figure out why that blue always goes darker than you expect. Sandbox is where you get better without consequence. Your sandbox results don't affect your daily stats, so there's no pressure, just exploration. Color Rush Mode - Turn up the heat. You've got 60 seconds. Match as many colors as you can. Build streaks, push your accuracy, and find out how your eye for color holds up under real time pressure. Every perfect match (95%+) builds your streak multiplier. Color Rush is a completely different game mode: fast, intense, and surprisingly addictive. ——— Why you'll keep coming back • Fresh challenge every morning, same color for everyone worldwide • Daily streaks for showing up, play any day to keep your streak alive • Sandbox mode to practice freely without touching your real stats • Color Rush mode with 60-second speed challenges and score-based leaderboards • Detailed stats to track your best match, current streak, average accuracy, and full score history • Game Center leaderboards to compete globally in both Daily and Color Rush modes • Shareable result cards for your daily match and Color Rush score • No accounts, no sign-ups, no subscriptions, just open and play • Designed for everyone, no art background needed, just genuine curiosity ——— The color science behind it Mixing paint isn't as simple as mixing light. Red and yellow don't give you a clean orange, they give you something close to orange, depending on how much of each you use. Hue Today is built around this reality. The mixing engine behaves more like real paint than a color wheel. Getting a perfect match means thinking like a painter, not a programmer. That's what makes a 95%+ result feel earned. ——— Built for daily habits Hue Today is intentionally small. It's not a game you sink an hour into. It's one you return to for 30 seconds every morning before the day starts. Over time, your stats tell a story: the day you hit 98%, the streak you finally broke, the week you went on a personal best run. The daily format also means you're always playing the same color as everyone else. That shared experience, talking about the day's color with someone else who played, is something unique to Hue Today. ——— Getting 95%+ is genuinely rare. Sharing that result? Even better. Download Hue Today. Play today. Come back tomorrow. ## Hue Today Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/6f/1f/5f/6f1f5f63-73c6-fd4f-6613-eeaa0410824c/screenshot-1.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/98/f1/87/98f187f2-2edb-0e99-db9c-77e30feb6e80/screenshot-3.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/8d/52/d3/8d52d335-a932-4bac-8780-3989278e4fa2/screenshot-2.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/4e/67/7a/4e677ac3-b497-ffad-19f3-5e5720be2dab/screenshot-5.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/12/39/76/12397615-abac-2408-7d38-0f771ad3804e/screenshot-6.png/1242x2688.png) ## Hue Today Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 6 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Hue Today Reviews in United States ### ***** "Great game" Is simple and entertaining, it challenges me to think -- Airmel8253, 2026-03-23 ### ***** "Clever + challenging" I didn’t know what to expect from this app but it’s actually a very clever and fun concept!
