Employees are always super helpful and kind. The manager great! -- Nikia Elmore, 2024-12-22 ### ***** "Thee best" Myself and my family LOVE Huey’s! We are obsessed in the best way!! Any chance we can, we enjoy getting Huey’s often! -- BeeeMich, 2024-12-06 ### *---- "Wild" To have to order on line to pickup at the drive through is wild. Definitely won’t do it again no matter the how good the food is -- Westale, 2024-11-08 ### ***** "Clean and clear" About as good as a mobile order app can be. Everything is in order, menus are quick and responsive, and check out is easy once you have an account set up. All of my orders have been ready in time and 100% correct, even when I pulled up just before closing 😂 -- Sam Wk, 2024-10-23 ### ***** "Delicious Chicken Tenders" Si let me tell you these chicken tenders are the best. Great taste and good service. Highly recommended -- Kechiita, 2024-09-17 ### ***** "Fast" Great Chicken, great service! -- Dsam1976, 2024-09-03 ### *---- "Can’t place order" When selecting a location, a “Huey Magoo logo” spins in the center of the screen continuously and I can’t get past it to place an order. The logo never goes away, unless I allow precise location in the settings. Manual entry isn’t allowed. -- eplaca, 2024-08-28 ### ***-- "App Ordering" I love the food but the app only ordering for drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! -- Merry Elle, 2024-08-26 ### *---- "Terrible App" Using the Huey Magoo’s app was an exercise in frustration. What should have been a simple task of ordering food became a lengthy ordeal. Here’s why I would not recommend this app: User Experience: The app’s layout is confusing, with menus and categories that are hard to find and navigate. Important features like search and filter options are either hidden or don’t work properly. The app often freezes, forcing you to close and reopen it, losing any progress you’ve made on your order. Order Accuracy: When I finally managed to place an order, the details were incorrect. Items were missing, substitutions were made without consent, and requests for special instructions were ignored. Trying to correct the order was nearly impossible, as there was no easy way to contact support. Delivery Issues: Delivery times are wildly inconsistent. Sometimes the app promises a quick delivery, only for the order to arrive over an hour late, or not at all. There’s no way to track your delivery in real-time, leaving you in the dark about when or if your food will arrive. Payment Problems: Attempting to pay through the app is a gamble. Transactions fail without explanation, and double charges are not uncommon. The lack of a secure, reliable payment method makes ordering from Huey Magoo’s a risky proposition. Customer Support: When I reached out for help, the response was slow and unhelpful. Automated messages were the norm, and it took days to get a response that addressed my issues. There was no accountability for the app’s failings, and no attempt to make things right. Conclusion: Huey Magoo’s app needs a complete overhaul. From the unreliable ordering system to the lackluster customer support, every aspect falls short of expectations. Until significant improvements are made, I’d advise steering clear and using a more reliable app for your food ordering needs. -- worstfoodappever, 2024-08-13 ### *---- "Side Order 2 Confusion-mania" Got supper confusing when it kept asking about adding something or can’t add something related to side item #2. Took forever to figure it out & im not sure I did! Just started pushing buttons! Shouldn’t be that difficult. Compare to other fast food apps. -- Grant25gaj, 2024-07-29 [View all Huey Magoo's reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Huey Magoo's Discovered Keywords - magoo ## Huey Magoo's Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/huey-magoos-IDEc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/huey-magoos-IDEc/canada) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/huey-magoos-IDEc/sri-lanka) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
