Please guide the consumer better and explain how to use the app. The talk to Hugo button doesn’t even work. -- Xgracietx, 2024-12-05 ### *---- "Email reset does not work" I used to use this app but now cannot log in. When I select "forgot password" no email ever arrives with a password reset link. I checked my junk mail etc but no email. So useless app now. I can't create a new login as it says my email is already being used. -- dred0, 2024-11-18 ### ***** "Unsubscribe Conundrum" Not sure why this app keeps telling me that my account will be disabled. -- OrlandoDude, 2024-10-09 ### ***** "Can you add Export data too?" I like Hugo for seeing the trend charts for Gas and Electric Import. When I had solar panels/battery installed, I could see the saving impact through Hugo app. What would make Hugo even better would be to allow me to see my electricity export data as well. Is this something you are working on? -- MMLpool, 2024-09-29 ### ***-- "No gas usage reading" I’m receiving electric usage but not gas. I can read both elect and gas meter readings on my smart meter. Brit Gas also have problems reading gas meter reading. What’s the problem. -- Cjlswift, 2024-08-23 ### **--- "Not working now" This worked great until June this year, now no data being received. Hugo say it’s the fault if my smart meter and Octopus need to correct the fault, Octopus say my meter is working and they are receiving half hourly readings ok. So reluctantly I have given up trying to use Hugo. A real shame as it was very useful when it worked. -- Ugley Dave, 2024-08-20 ### ****- "Great App" Really enjoying this App to keep track of my energy usage which is pretty accurate to the bills my energy supplier sends me. My supplier bills me on the 24th of the month, so it is not easy to see my bill cycle usage. It would be great if I could select period start date and then select a week or month view. My supplier’s App allows me to do this, but only shows actual energy usage/cost and does not include the standing charge. -- York Chris, 2024-07-26 ### *---- "Space Credits" Do not sign up for their space credits. They harvest your information in return for credits that are used for gifts that are out of stock or don’t match what’s on offer. Less is more apparently! -- microcallout, 2024-07-24 ### *---- "Completely broken" Wont log in, wont accept barcode from in house display, wont accept card validations -- Daveyb100, 2024-07-18 ### **--- "Sabotaged by British Gas" I downloaded this app last year when the live British Gas app stopped working. It worked a treat for a long time providing the information that British Gas SHOULD have been providing. Not long after BG switched their app to an online dashboard ( which still doesn’t work) I started having issues with Hugo. Haven’t had any data for two weeks now and it appears to be an issue with BG data stream. Not only are they failing to invest in their own app from their billions in profit, they now appear to be actively sabotaging apps like Hugo who are showing up their incompetence. -- Chunkybuns, 2024-05-28 [View all Hugo Energy reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Hugo Energy Discovered Keywords - fuel tracker - ivie smart meter app - ivie bud - eon smart meter - loop energy - smart meter app - gas gauge - meter readings - e on home solar and heating - smart meter ## Apps Similar to Hugo Energy - [Whole Home Wi-Fi from BT](https://apptail.io/app/whole-home-wi-fi-from-bt-Ymk/united-kingdom) - [geo Home](https://apptail.io/app/geo-home-Vbr/united-kingdom) - [Carwow: Buy.
