## Hugo’s Family Marketplace Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great app! Convenient!"
Easy to use and I love the good variety of pick up times available!
-- aluthfreckles82, 2025-01-07

### *---- "Not advised"
The prices of the groceries are okay but the provisional fee is ridiculous! They are taking advantage of those who are sick or disabled and in need of groceries.
-- CraeW, 2022-11-04

### *---- "Rewards card doesn’t work"
My member card doesn’t even scan and when it does, rewards card won’t come up.
-- SmilesInc, 2022-02-07

### *---- "Search feature pretty worthless"
I tried searching for “gatorade”, no results found, I then tried “sports drink”, same result. I then tried “sports”.... hey look at that, the fourth result is a Gatorade product. Sorry, but search is pretty important for any shopping app, and I feel like it’s been completely disregarded.
-- haddicusgames, 2021-03-29

### ***-- "Was better"
Scan tool never works. Doesn’t show all the items the store carry’s.
-- stimyclause, 2020-04-26

### **--- "Not great yet"
Thoroughly scattered typos and incomplete tagging prevent accurate product searches. So far it’s still faster to go to the store than to try to find the seemingly random single categories that contain a preferred brand of any given product.

I’m still optimistic about future versions, but it’s not there yet.
