## Hull Trains Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "App never works"
I have updated this app every time I have tried to use it but this app never works. I am sick of wasting my time on it
-- Freakshowobie, 2024-11-03

### *---- "Bad Ticket Refund Policy"
I booked a train ticket 2 weeks ahead of my journey for a job interview and 24hrs before my journey, my interview was cancelled. I applied for a refund and I was told they can’t refund me because it wasn’t a medical reason. This is how they stripped me off my hard-earned money of £30 for my return ticket.
-- kylan_camron, 2023-10-20

### **--- "Blocked from us abroad"
Trying to book tickets in advance for my return to the UK. Forced to use the website instead of the app.
-- Madzng, 2023-05-19

### *---- "Hopeless app"
Unable to book any journey on the app as will not allow me to register an account. Have tried multiple times and keep getting an error message pop up saying ‘new user error_0001’
Needed to book a train to London and had to get a friend who already had the app on their phone to book me a ticket in their name. Rubbish.
-- Teenoid, 2023-03-17

### *---- "Pointless App"
Tried to book a ticket, wanted an e-ticket for next day travel, would not give me the option, only collect at station. When I contacted customer services, they suggested using a laptop or desktop in their response and ensuring my software was up to date.
Like we carry laptops around! The software was updated before I used it and I was logged in. No mention of it may be a fault with the app and would refer to IT.
I regularly use train company apps, this is a poor comparison to the others. Needs some serious work.
-- Buntybry, 2023-02-23

### *---- "Doesn’t work, can’t log in!"
The app doesn’t work and you are not able to log in! I’ve tried about 10 times now to log in and have deleted the app and reinstalled it about 5 times too! It keeps coming up with the same error message. The IT department said they had some difficulties but it should be working, but it still doesn’t! It’s the only app I’ve ever had problems with!
-- Garreth01, 2020-09-02

### ***-- "Not consistent."
Hull trains are a great service when there in service however that’s the point “when they provide the service”. The amount of times I’ve had my train cancelled leaves me with a thought that I can only give a three star service feedback!
-- Tone of the day, 2019-11-24

### ***-- "Food"
Hi trains are great but food in 1st class could be healthier.
-- LuciaGala, 2019-03-23

### *---- "No idea"
There is no m-ticket option and it comes up with a error when I press delivery options. No idea what to do with it
-- Olivia Barker, 2018-05-03

### ***** "#lovinghulltrainapp"
Simple to navigate site. Seating/ coach preferences available and selection process easy.
-- ivan n co, 2018-04-30
