## Humanforce Work (New) Description
The humanforce Classic app is being retired and replaced in 2025 by the new Humanforce Work app. The new app is now live and available to download on this page. Log in credentials are the same as in the Humanforce Classic app. 

Humanforce Work is our newly enhanced mobile experience, covering all of your manager and employee roster and shift-driven needs.

The Humanforce Work app enables employees / end-users to:

• See your schedule including rosters, blackouts periods, leave and public holidays
• Clock in and out, view your timesheets and payslips
• Manage leave and availability
• Bid on and accept Shift Offers
• View and manage Notifications
• View Notice boards
• Update personal employment details 
 
Work enables employers / Admins and managers to:

• Authorise timesheets
• Approve leave
• Manage attendance
• Offer shifts
· Share important notifications

In addition to the smart new features above, Humanforce Work provides enhanced performance, a beautifully redesigned user interface (UI), improved roster management and the ultimate place to stay on top of your work schedule. Before using Humanforce Work, please check with the Humanforce Administrator at your company whether this is the app they prefer you to use.

I donwloaded this app to my Iphone 15 right after launching I can login but I cant see anything. We reach out, but no one taken an action. Today, 9/12/24. I again tries multiple times to install and unistall but I cant log in anymore. How can I suppose to clock in and out at work, bid for available shift, check my schedule and leave allocation? this is frustrating..

Schedule section is mostly covered by the calendar making it very hard to navigate through the shifts. There are no options to minimize the calendar or make it go away. Set availability section is hard to use. You should be able to type the date and time rather than using dials. Also recurring days has a bug. If you select Friday it will save as Thursday or if you select Tuesday then it will save as Monday. Hopefully the developer will review this review and fix the issues.

The Humanforce Work app is a disappointment compared to the previous version. While the app claims to have a "newly enhanced mobile experience", the reality is quite the opposite.

One of the major issues is the login process. The app requires users to constantly re-login using SSO, which is extremely frustrating and time-consuming. The app's user-friendliness has also taken a step back. The previous version appears to have been more intuitive and easier to navigate, whereas the current "enhanced" app feels clunky and unintuitive.

The developers need to focus on improving the login process, ensuring stability, and enhancing the overall user experience. Until these issues are resolved, the app is not recommended for users who require a reliable and user-friendly workforce management solution. Use the previous version and it does the same job - in a better way.
