I’ve made (actually) made money by completing the surveys which is cool. Plus I need it to manage my finances so it’s a win-win. Been using it for years and have appreciated the constant improvements.

I was a huge fan of Money Brilliant. That app really set the standard as a one stop app for personal financial management. Therefore it was sad to see it go and the expectations to find a another app that could provide something similar going to be really hard to do.

Humaniti are 80% with it’s intention. It is user friendly and live with the current personal financial status.

However, before listing all the things Humaniti app can do better will be endless and cluttered to improve the app. If I can suggest to implement a future budgetary forecast. At least it is a goal to ensure personal financial goals and target are reached or are maintained.

Lastly, Super. I am with MLC but have yet to be able to link. I have tried MLC login app directly and had no issue logging on.

I signed up with Humaniti initially to complete paid surveys. Somehow I ended up with two email addresses associated with my account. My survey invitations go to one and I have to sign in with the other. When I do, the surveys I've been offered are not there. It took me two weeks to persuade Humaniti that this was a problem, and it's been another two weeks since they passed it on to their tech team to remove the second email address from my account. So in four weeks total, my problem hasn't been resolved. I can't alter my profile myself, for reasons unknown. I just get an error message. I hadn't yet linked any of my bank accounts and I'm glad I didn't, because if there was ever an issue, I'm not confident Humaniti would care enough resolve it. They're clearly more interested in getting new customers than providing basic customer service to the ones they have.

Unable to link or renew account details. Has been this way for sometime. Sending emails fails to get corrective action. When it all works, all is good but the latest round of updates have failed to fix this issue.

These guys have no clue about Customer Service 101. They are complacent and really don't care to help you when things go south. 

Between that and the dated app, I'm going to cashout and move on. My banking data is worth a helluva lot more than they pay for it.

Heaps of room for improvement on this app - functionality limited, the need to sign in every single time, surveys extremely infrequent. Doesn’t stack up to the others sadly.

It would be a really great app if it didn’t tell me my (correct) details were wrong every time I try to connect an account. Really disappointed because it looks like it should be a useful app. It also doesn’t remember me so I have to relogin with my email and password every time I use the app which is inconvenient.

I downloaded this app about 12 months ago. It was great at first..... Then everything started to fail in the app. I unlinked my AMP account and when I went to re link it again it was impossible. I tried the same day, a week later, month later, 3 months later... I emailed support and they were useless (there was no support) so maybe rename this department. 
As I’m fairly reasonable I could still use the app even though this info was missing. 

Then, BankWest blocked the app from accessing my banking info as it had detected 3rd party access to my accounts via Humanity and if I continued to allow access to my accounts via the app their insurance would not apply any longer.

About a month later, Citi bank did the same thing. The Citi bank balance has not updated!

Hence having a budgeting app where half your income and expenses are missing, investments and loans can not be accessed is completely pointless.

Also, my wife was unable to add her UniSuper to her app. She got the same ambiguous error message I got when trying to re link the AMP account again!

Finally I requested to withdraw my balance 9 days ago and I’m still waiting.

Terrible software, both via the website on a computer and the app. Too many faults and poor reliability.

Nothing amazing. It could be, but there are a few annoying items. Like why doesn’t it remember my coding...I shouldn’t have to recode the same unassigned transactions. Like your mortgage should really go against your property value, not a bank account. Like why not be able to change the view so it’s a proper balance sheet. Like you end up coding most assets to “other assets” as there’s no category for cars, contents...why not have some other features like remove decimals, change colour format, rearrange order of assets. Good luck and I hope to see some updates in your next version.
