Can’t get my app to work for the past 2 years I’ve had it. It freezes on a screen and then it’s useless. The old app worked fine.

App will not work until you are connected to the scale

How can it measure your arms and calculate 100% fat for arms when muscle=9.9 fat=4.1 how is 4.1lbs of fat equal 100%. This use to be a very good and fairly reliable app. Invested the money on 1 of their new scales and I am returning it never mind that we received it more than 2 months after ordering it, is how slow and how inaccurate that has become a problem to me. Come on even their premium app meal tracker is a fail. Are they paying for these 4star review?

This app and Dara scale is the absolute worst. Scale will tell you different weights from one nano second to the next and 90% of the time the app says it’s synced by doesn’t grab the data

Loved this scale and app when I first bought it. Since it turned into Hume, the app has been awful. And for about a month, it stopped syncing with the scale. It gets stuck on the syncing “remain on scale” screen and you have to force quit it.

I love my scale, but ever since the previous app became HUME I am not pleased. Does not work consistently. Freezes when logging weight, freezes when trying to review individual items.

There is always an issue with the app. I’m going back to the Fitbit scale

App runs incredibly slowly, even on my new iPhone. Scale does not connect to app reliably and no clear instructions on how to fix this.

I’ve not use the app in a long time because it never would work. Retried it today and it connects with my scale, but it won’t do anything else. It gets stuck on the initial screen. I’ve uninstalled it 3 times and it still died t work.

This app is terrible. It’s slow and laggy and takes forever to do anything. The app was much better when it was FitTrack.
