The measurements are not shown properly, it keeps logging but nothing shows… really disappointed

Now charging for features which were free and one of the reasons I made the purchase. Greedy and clearly don’t have people’s fitness goals in mind, despite how they advertise

They said they would send me a replacement and followed up over 6-7 times over a year and they kept giving the same messages Heavily disappointed

Lost all previous data with the upgraded version

Over the past month, you can tell the developers are taking in suggestions from the users. With the integrated nutrition tracking system, this app is getting close to perfection! The tracking itself is getting good, however, it shows macros and their food catalogue only. I was wondering whether there is this general food database out there, is it too costly to connect to that? Also, i’m a former “Noomer”. What I loved about their tracking system is the differentiating between calorie light/med/dense foods. Awesome work on the development of this app so far.

concept looks good but even if it is made by FitTrack Pro, it doesnt have integration to the weighing scale app which means you have to register separately for this app (though you can use the same email). even when you sync this app to Apple Heath, the “activity” tab doesnt seem to use the data from it, and is looking for a separate device. i use the apple watch which syncs to the apple heath app, so technically this thing is kind of useless coz you can never get data in it. not sure if its worth using as it seems like you have to re-enter everything here, which unfortunately i dont have time for since most of my other health/exercise apps easily sync data to and fro with apple health app. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Can’t get my app to work for the past 2 years I’ve had it. It freezes on a screen and then it’s useless. The old app worked fine.

App will not work until you are connected to the scale

How can it measure your arms and calculate 100% fat for arms when muscle=9.9 fat=4.1 how is 4.1lbs of fat equal 100%. This use to be a very good and fairly reliable app. Invested the money on 1 of their new scales and I am returning it never mind that we received it more than 2 months after ordering it, is how slow and how inaccurate that has become a problem to me. Come on even their premium app meal tracker is a fail. Are they paying for these 4star review?
