$200 into it for the scale and another chunk for the ‘plus’ membership and the features I paid for are not part of the app. I’ve reached out and received zero responses or help. Put your hard earned money somewhere else. Somewhere that actually performs as advertised or at least somewhere that has functioning support. I guess if you’re embarrassed by your product and know it doesn’t do what you claim, why would you help someone once you have their money?

Second edit: hasn’t worked for me for months. I can weigh myself and it shows loading on app, but app never updates with measurements. I write customer support and never receive responses. Throwing it away, and going to buy a scale from a legitimate company.

Edit: They updated the app, and it still doesn’t work. No fix provided. 

The app has always worked for me, but this new update isn’t working, and I hope they fix it asap. I can step on the scale and weigh myself, but it won’t take my measurements. It connects and shows my weight in the app but then says stay on the scale while we take your measurements and it freezes on that screen. The scale eventually turns off with me still standing on it. Then I have to force close the app to get out of that screen. I disconnected the scale and reconnected. Nothing is working.

I’ve tried several months to get the app to record my progress. It just buffers with weight shown but doesn’t record the weight or any other body measurements. I’ve reinstalled the app, updated my phone to latest IOS, changed batteries in scale but nothing seems to work. Appears to be a broken app.

It’s been a while since I’ve used the scale and app so I’ve decided to use it again. However, I’m noticing that when I’m on the scale the app shows the weight but it does not register on the app. I’ve changed batteries, cleaned the scale, disconnected and reconnected the scale but it still does the same thing. It’s really annoying. I miss the FitTrack app.

I am training to become an athlete, and this Body Pod scale is not only inaccurate, but I only ever got it to connect once to this app. I can no longer take measurements after the first week because the app crashes and cannot connect; inferior product for a huge price price tag.  Total garbage.  No customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS APP OR SCALE. I can’t even use the app with the scale anymore. It hasn’t been tracking my weight or any other information for the last year or more. On the app it used to show my last weigh in was 1970?! I wasn’t even born in 1970 and this scale wasn’t around then either. Tried deleting the app and downloading again just to be locked at the screen to confirm my details and it won’t go beyond that page.
