## Humo Field Description
TheLama is a free workforce management app built for field teams and hourly employees. Clock in and out with location verification, track your hours in real time, and stay connected — all from one app.

Automatic Time Tracking
TheLama uses geofence technology to automatically clock you in when you arrive at your workzone and clock you out when you leave — even when the app is in the background. No more forgotten punches.

Live Location & Route Tracking
Your shift route is recorded in real time, giving supervisors visibility into field operations while keeping workers accountable. Location data is captured with precision filtering to ensure accuracy.

Breaks, Earnings & Pay Stubs
Start and end breaks with a tap. Track your shift duration, estimate your earnings, and review detailed pay stubs — all calculated automatically based on your logged hours.

Built for Field.

Workzone geofencing with polygon boundary support
Automatic clock-in/out with background location
Real-time shift timer with break tracking
Step counter for active work monitoring
Tool and equipment management
Expense tracking and time-off requests
Daily activity reports and calendar view
Push notifications for shift events

TheLama works reliably in the background, requires minimal interaction, and keeps your workforce data accurate and organized.

## Humo Field Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Re:"
Is it a groupwork?
If not, this is such a great mobile app by a single developer. Needs a bit of enhancements but is fine. You’ll get there in your next builds!!
