They cheat you
Even if you pay for free delivery subscription they make you pay, because if you order something for around 28 sars from a restaurant that has free delivery they increase the price to 50 sars when you are paying… also drivers never have cars they’re always taking motorcycle so when you order your food might not come because the drivers are not allowed to park their motorcycle to drop off food.. It used to be a good app, but now they just rob you of your money with the high delivery costs.
Don’t bother
Just tried to order and food. It wasn’t delivered. I have been charged for the item and the delivery and it isn’t possible to contact Hunger Station to ask for a refund. I would advise not to bother.
No restaurant available in my area
I came to Makkah last year and used this app with no issues. I have returned this year and staying in a hotel next to the one from last year but the app says no restaurants available in your area. All restaurants shown are 75km away, why is this? I think it’s set to Al khobar, there is no way of changing location to Makkah.

Disappointed
I made an order by mistake and contacted the customer service immediately to cancel it but unfortunately they don’t accept it. I strongly not recommend this app for your future delivery as they will steal your money while there are many others much cheaper and effective than them.
not cool
extortionate and there is no option to review hungerstation on every order only the driver and the restaurant. even with the high prices for delivery, and the added price on each item in all menus, now they are also giving drivers more than one order so u get it cold if ur not first on drivers list
Can’t sign up
Can’t sign up without a Saudi number which I don’t have. Guess I’ll just starve
Customer service
The customer service is useless , if you have a problem with your order you cant speak to anyone , Jahez is much better
all restaurants busy
95% of restaurants always display “busy” and you can’t order
