Online preorder does not work unless you are in close proximity of the restaurant. This renders it effectively useless, since your order will only be processed when entering the drive through. No time was saved.

Haven’t been able to order, can’t even add one item to cart before it glitches out.

Constantly have issues logging in. Comes up with unknown error. Sometimes even after getting you to do the Captcha. Mostly unusable

I went to order food some food my meal was abt $22.00 or something like that! Then I gave the lady $100.00 and she said do u have any Small then that? Cause I have no change at all? This was abt 1.40 in the afternoon! Then I told my mum & my said how rude they should have change they are just to lazy to open there draw & get change out! Then my mum said here is your lazy $22.00 and something! Next I am never coming back here again!

For the past 4 months I haven’t been able to order on the app message keeps popping up saying something went wrong. I would give 5 star but the app has just disappointed me.

Can never log in without updating, then you can’t request a password reset because it doesn’t recognize your email… Total waste of time, fish and chips instead.

Too often my address is invalidated and I have to enter it again. And sometimes it’ll even say it can’t deliver to my address even though they’ve delivered to it plenty of times before, what’s up with that? Not good enough.

Even though i am on moterway and it took me less than 5 minutes i can’t send my order to kitchen app saying ‘’you are away from restaurant” i still have to wait for my order I know better than app when i will be there. So what is the point of ordering online if i still have to wait.

This app is poorly designed and buggy. Try to login with Facebook, or apple, says account already exists. Of course it exists, That’s why I’m trying to log in again. Try the email option - wrong password. Ask for password reset, it never arrives. For a company the size of hungry jacks, this is pathetically bad.

The app won’t allow payments via card or PayPal. I tried with multiple cards and on multiple phones/accounts (kids and family). Also you can’t use online voucher for shake and win or app vouchers on the app only in store. What exactly even is the point of the app if you can’t use any of its functions properly?
