The app makes it so convenient to track and make requests.
When submitting maintenance requests, one is forced to choose options from drop-down boxes that do not match what the requested maintenance is. Further, you cannot avoid selecting the wrong option because it will not let the work order be submitted. This app needs a lot of work to be functional.
Honestly not even worth the time to write this, because I doubt it will ever be seen or acted on. This app is not user friendly concerning the customer. It doesn’t allow for effective communication. Its primary function (frustratingly) is to further remove responsible parties (leasing companies) from their customers (tenants). At no point does the end customer know action has been taken. Furthermore, there is no way to contest inaccurate or out right untrue information. Don’t waste your time or money.
Set up is fast and easy and the lay out is easy to follow
it actually works pretty good for a government associated housing app, pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use to communicate with management

I find the app easy to use.
