Terrible Customer Service
I’ve been using this app for a year and decided to sit out this deer season to spend time with my newborn daughter. In November I went on the app to cancel my subscription, but no where did it give me the option to cancel, and when I clicked the 3-dot menu to “manage subscriptions” it said I had none. Well the app wasn’t really working (due to software bugs I’m assuming) and it gave me the option to update to a pro account, so I assumed my membership canceled because I had used a different payment from the current one I use. I was wrong, and I was charged for the subscription again, but didn’t notice it on my statement. When I noticed it a few days ago I reached out to the company and I was told I could not receive a refund because I was outside of the 30-day window. Come on guys, help a fellow hunter out! Now I’m out 70$ while I’m not even able to get out into the woods. I tried to cancel, but I still haven’t found the option on the app. I was planning on coming back to this app next season, but after this me and my friends will be switching to OnX instead.
Terrible support - possible scam
I discontinued my membership and they still charged me $70 the next year even though I did not approve it. I contacted support right away and they would not refund it. Not cool guys. I’m letting everyone know to stay away from this app’s scam.

You guys really screwed this app up. Just what i want to do, have to watch a tutorial on how to complicate a simple process. No thanks, Ive been looking for a reason to go to On X.
Why update
This app is hands down the worst app on the market. After using for 10 years, there is an update that removes property features I previously had after paying hundreds of dollars for years What a disgrace. Will be switching
Update is terrible
I updated to the new version and now my property and a few around me are all covered in a dark cloud. EVERYWHERE else is like normal
New update
Well I use to love HuntStand above all other hunting apps. However that has changed. The new updated version is not for me. Wish I had the old version back. Also I believe there is now a problem with the gps. It hardly gives me my correct location. There needs to be some updates on the hunting land maps as well.
Price increase
Been using this app for years and loved it. Little bit of money every year was worth it. My app updated an now it wants double every year for what I already had
Scence I have downloaded the new 8.0 I have nothing but problems
I have nothing but problems out of the new 8.0 addition i advise people to not waste time with HuntStand just get On x better hunting app
Some great features, some basic features not included.
Basic functions like updating contact information either doesn't exist or difficult to find. The reservations link has been removed on the updated app which makes this app useless for having a "sign in" sheet for stand reservations. Would be ideal to have an easy place on the app that shows what stands are reserved without having to click on every single stand to see the status.
