I lent a dress through Hurr which the renter never returned and Hurr did nothing and have not compensated me or made the renter pay anything. The app only allows you to submit a complaint which they never responded to. I submitted multiple complaints none of them have been responded to still! There are no other ways of contacting them. In other words renters can steal the rented items without any consequences whatsoever. -- wensday_girl, 2024-09-17 ### ***-- "Needs further filters" Great concept! Love it! However it would be much easier if it was categorised further. Filters are limited. It’s been painful scrolling through informal mini and midi dresses when I need a formal evening floor length gown. -- Dancinginthemoonligh, 2024-09-16 ### **--- "Good company, awful app" Good selection of dresses etc but the app is the worst. Can’t view any items without going right back to the start and crashes all the time. -- Nickname98.., 2024-08-25 ### ***-- "Great company, terrible app" I love the company and service but the app is so bad. It logs you out every time, it’s glitchy and it just doesn’t work. I want so badly to like it but it’s prevented me from listing clothes because it literally won’t upload them! -- ojct1994, 2024-08-12 ### **--- "Would love to love it" Hurr is such an amazing concept but their app is a mess, it’s slow and doesn’t work. I tried to lend and the whole experience even setting the items is painful, unclear and confusing. I really hope they get at least UX designers working on it to make it better -- Urska T, 2024-07-09 ### *---- "Sort out your app" I prefer the items on this app over ByRotation, but the tech behind the the byrotation app is like a Maybach compared to this glitchy barely functioning disaster of an app that should placed in a junk yard. Sort yourselves out folks, you’re mainly an internet based company and your app doesn’t work properly. You should be embarrassed. -- Aliiii1990, 2024-07-04 ### **--- "The app is a nightmare to use!" I almost gave up - it was so tricky to get started -- Not Amus’d, 2024-06-30 ### **--- "Unbelievable" I love this company so much but my god this app is utterly horridicy. It’s slow and laggy to the point of being unusable, I can’t tell you the amount of times I have been trying to complete an order and eventually given up and gone to another rental website. Absolute joke -- Reyno186?, 2024-06-29 ### ***** "Love love love" Love the hurr app!! -- torip___, 2024-06-15 [View all HURR reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## HURR Discovered Keywords - by rotation - by rotation rent buy fashion - rent clothes - swished - hurr - hurr collective - rent dress ## Apps Similar to HURR - [Zoom by Ocado | Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/zoom-by-ocado-food-delivery-iEq/united-kingdom) - [Coggles: Fashion & Homeware](https://apptail.io/app/coggles-fashion-homeware-sQq/united-kingdom) - [By Rotation | Rent Buy Fashion](https://apptail.io/app/by-rotation-rent-buy-fashion-RJs/united-kingdom) - [Karen Millen Women’s Clothes](https://apptail.io/app/karen-millen-womens-clothes-NTs/united-kingdom) - [Warehouse: Trending Fashion](https://apptail.io/app/warehouse-trending-fashion-Kcx/united-kingdom) - [Oasis: Womens Fashion Clothing](https://apptail.io/app/oasis-womens-fashion-clothing-ehx/united-kingdom) - [Cult Beauty: Beauty & Makeup](https://apptail.io/app/cult-beauty-beauty-makeup-lBA/united-kingdom) - [Ownish | Rent & Buy Fashion](https://apptail.io/app/ownish-rent-buy-fashion-RmB/united-kingdom) - [Narchie | Buy Sell Homeware](https://apptail.io/app/narchie-buy-sell-homeware-qoI/united-kingdom) - [REISS](https://apptail.io/app/reiss-flO/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
