This app is genuinely so terrible it’s not worth downloading. The website is good and the company seems good but the app has so many design flaws, search doesn’t work well, it constantly freezes and glitches. Even stuff like when you enter the wrong password it makes you re-enter your entire email address too…. Tedious. Deleted the app

Search doesn’t work, when you click on a product and go back it forgets how far you had scrolled and starts at the top Totally waste of time

App is very buggy. I find the website much easier to use.

I'm really disappointed to be writing this. I loved Hurr and had become a regular renter of items so I decided to start renting my own pieces out. Unfortunately, I should have read the small print. Hurr do not protect their lenders at all. My item was lost by Royal Mail when the renter returned it and while Royal Mail claim the item was returned to sender, she claims not to have received it. Regardless where the dress is now, it is not with me. Hurr were helpful to begin with in supporting communication but ultimately it comes down to them not looking after their lenders. They claim that you are in safe hands but then have no insurance to cover items if your item gets lost so you really are just sending off your item with no assurance you will get it back. I've now lost my absolute favourite dress worth over £250 and won't be seeing it or the money again. Really saddened by this situation and will not be using their services moving forward. If you plan to rent with Hurr, make sure you don't mind if you never see your item again as you really are putting all your trust in the stranger renting.

Love using the HURR app! Super quick to list and check in on my rentals and love scrolling the new in.

I love the idea of renting outfits, but this app is so hard to use! Constantly logs me out, adds popping up all the time and loosing items I put in my wish list!

HURR is a lovely concept I want to like so much, sadly my item for rent was damaged beyond repair, and HURR still has not bothered resolving it for months. Don’t lend out items you aren’t prepared to get destroyed, and foot the costs yourself :(

Really great company, but the app is shocking! So hard to use, slow, glitchy and my messages never load! Really hard when you’re trying to communicate with a renter! I would probably spend more time looking at clothes to rent, but the app is frustrating, so I give up!

I love this company and have rented many dresses. However the app is mildly (but still irritatingly) glitchy. I frequently switch to the web browser version because the app drives me crazy

Fire your app developers - way too clunky and slow. I apparently just received a review and have tried to find it for 10 minutes, no avail. App is frustrating to use - other apps just doing it better unfortunately. Come on Hurr sort it out before everyone leaves.
