## Hurt! Description
HURT! app is the best way to get injured athletes connected with the right care the first time.  We may be able to help you avoid unnecessary trips to the ER, Urgent Care, or primary care offices by getting you direct access to Orthopedic and Sports Medicine offices.

We allow you to send pictures and descriptions of your injuries directly to an Orthopedic specialist.   Secure and confidential messaging in the HURT! app will allow you to get advice on how to manage your injury.  Our goal is to connect you with best care for your injured athlete from the beginning.

I really should have read the reviews before I downloaded. App wouldn’t even let me log in. Account setup was interrupted before finished because app wouldn’t let me scroll to Continue button. Then on second attempt, it wouldn’t let me enter my phone number for verification - said an account with my email already exists. Login wouldn’t take my email and password. Then I attempted to reset my password - app said no account with my email exists. How can the account exist AND not exist? Horrible app.

One of the most useless apps.    It’s advertised as offering online care.    No they don’t.   They just ask u a bunch of questions and tell you what doctors office to go to.   Thanks for nothing.  Coulda figured that out myself

### **--- "Skipped the guidance and doesn’t give the option to reopen conversations"
I had a bad ankle sprain that is not recovering at the rate I was hoping, reached out for advice and they said “ouch! That looks bad, lets refer you to a specialist!” Great, but I had already scheduled an appointment and couldnt get in for two weeks, can I get some medical advice now? Sorry, you’ve already gone to the ER, RICE, we’ll add a note that you need to be seen sooner. My helper was very nice but all they can do is refer me to the one specialist, and after that they paused the chat and I’m unable to get a second opinion or talk to someone else :(

This app was advertised as after hours urgent care. After about 10 minutes of questions, they offered to make an appointment with an orthopedic which I could do myself online. definitely not any type of urgent care.
