## Hx™ Thermostat Reviews in United States

### **--- "App won’t let me in"
We’ve had this app and system for almost 4 years and it is such a pain as it periodically logs me out and then won’t let me log back in. When it checks to see if the email has an account it won’t go to the next step. So I tested it with a different email and that one goes to ask me to create an account, but when I try to log in with the actual email, it won’t proceed so I cannot control my device. Horrible. The scheduling function. Is such a pain if I edit it one day or one time and then it alters the other times and throws things off and it says start at this time at this time and then throw the other one off to where there’s only like a 15 minute schedule. Instead of what I wanted, there’s definitely a bug or lack of training with this thing ease of use is bad.

### *---- "No Alexa and no update for 2 years"
We have three of these systems and cannot use them with smart
Home because Alexa can’t
Login
-- fdawg2k3, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Worst app ever"
This should not be this difficult to use. Our technician had to read the manual because he couldn’t figure out how to reconnect the app. I wrote down step by step how to reconnect. When I reconnected my phone it disconnected my husband’s phone. Each time I reconnect one, it disconnects the other. If I could find another thermostat to use I would but apparently I’m stuck!

### *---- "App"
The app has quit working. I don’t know which email account I used nor do I know my password. How to I find this information out?
-- Katkst, 2024-12-09

### ***** "So easy to use"
Love this
-- turlockrose, 2024-11-14

### *---- "Not compatible with iOS18/iphone16"
Sign in process does not work, does not accept old email address won’t let you move past the continue button. If you attempt to use a new email address you can progress past entering your name.
-- Chris Berryman, 2024-10-03

### *---- "New home, unable to create new account on the app"
The app will not let me create a new account. Without an account I am unable to configure or access the thermostat in my new house
-- John in MD, 2024-10-01

### *---- "Can’t delete this app"
I get to Home Screen and put my email in and it gets stuck. No way to delete app completely that I can find.
-- Lucky aloha 1, 2024-09-29

### *---- "Won’t Log In"
I was loving this app, but out of nowhere it has logged me out and will not let me log back in. I’ve uninstalled then reinstalled, but it’s the same issue. The app just doesn’t work anymore :(
-- So funny!!, 2024-09-26

### ***-- "Logging in"
Hard to use and not friendly.
