## HY-CLOR Pool Testing Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Can’t log in"
Used this app a little while ago. Forgot password but the password reset screen in app doesn’t allow me to type my email to perform reset. The whole screen jams so I have to close the app. Doesn’t work
-- Micgau, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Next to useless for pool with chlorinator"
No selection for using chlorinator. Salt test has no outcome, not advise how much to add.
-- Jom456, 2024-12-03

### **--- "Very weak results"
Not accurate enough to give you confidence you’re doing the right thing.

Better and easier to take a water sample to the pool shop for a perfect analysis.
-- Jubamad, 2024-04-17

### ***-- "Why only covering 4 tests ?"
I use the HyClor 6in1 test strips but this App only covers the 4 test strip …… Why ????
-- Rs0555, 2024-03-11

### ****- "Colours"
On the app I find that the colours for the strips differ from the colours on the container so need to refer to the container when analysing. Perhaps my phone is too old.
-- Jarinean, 2023-12-29

### ***-- "Works when it wants to"
I’ve used the app about 6 times. Fantastic when it works. Didn’t work the last couple of try’s.
No I can’t even log in.
-- T1mdog, 2023-09-19

### ***-- "Still leaves a lot of head scratching"
Not quite a case of raises more questions than answers but info is very light on.

Needs-
New / fresh fill option for spa and pool with intended sanitizer base so it can prepare a regimen.

No emails unless requested. Playing with parameters results in a lot of mail.

More boxes for interpretation off the test strip for spa - why wouldn't you want to enter total chlorine or bromine for instance?
A measurement recommendation and FREQUENCY would then be nice.

A problem /cleanup section eg algae for different types that looks at the current test data and provides a product and regimen to correct.

All in all it won't help you much
-- Kunol, 2022-12-31

### ***** "Great products and app"
Easily find their products at Bunnings and it works great.
-- Neenoh, 2022-11-01

### *---- "Doesn’t load"
Saw all the negative reviews about this app not loading or crashing but decided to give it a go and same…can’t get past the ‘initialising’ stage so it’s useless.
-- Torupill, 2022-02-09

### *---- "Sad existence for a App"
Down loaded and does not work freezes on opening screen if this a representative how HyChlor are it’s not a good thing to buy.
