Outdated, our tv was fuzzy, hardly ever stocked mini fridge with beer, room warm, toilet didn’t flush well, leak in ceiling, water everywhere
This is an amazing place. From the room to the service to the beach. Had a wonderful visit.
Upgraded to preferred upon arrival at no charge. Quality a bit better but if we had paid for the upgrade, we would be even more disappointed!

Paraiso de la Bonita was once a rare treasure of a resort, now diminished to a pretty good but not exceptional chain property since purchased by Hyatt. Having stayed at this resort 6-7 times over more than 10 years, I can see immediately that the Zoetry brand of “Unlimited Rewards” no longer applies, evident in many ways: room service no longer 24hrs, food portions much smaller, stingy with ingredients, special food requests not really welcome and often not honored, towels aging and rough, daily treats in the room no longer. The daily rates are managed to attract full capacity with chain-seeking guests, with extremely high charges for spa services, wine. The most noticeable change is the reduction in staff, resulting in an inevitable decline in service. We waited 15minutes to be seated for breakfast at 9:45am, not because there were no tables, but because there was not sufficient staff to provide adequate service to guests. Breakfast can take up to 2 hours, with repeated requests for water, salt and pepper. Food is good but no longer remarkable, reflecting many tiny changes in quantity and quality designed to save the chain a few pennies where possible. The staff members are still many of the same wonderful, welcoming, beautifully friendly people, but with the noticeable reduction in staff are unable to give the same relaxed attention to guests. It’s a good resort in a beautiful beach location, but no longer so special, and in need of a costly re-fresh of dated facilities.
This app was fairly handy during my trip to Dreams - Natura, especially in regards to room service, map of the resort, hours of operations; while some information is vague and there could be improvements, overall a MUST have to complete your AMR experience/stay.
East to use and service is great
