Fails to load resort when selected and doesn’t get stored to any sort of ~1 week medium term memory. Rooms service requests get dropped when app is closed. Menus should be vetted by us based staff. -- Felt no him I gin kk, 2026-08-07 ### *---- "Garbage app" Breaks constantly. Unusable -- phobos3, 2026-07-10 ### ***-- "No smart location feature" Nice app but It's annoying that you need to search for your resort every time you open the app. It should ask for my location and default to the resort I'm staying at -- kennyray20, 2026-07-05 ### **--- "Ziva los cabos" Works for viewing menus and restaurants but crashes when submitting orders. -- Mo928283, 2026-06-11 ### *---- "Absolutely Useless" Absolutely Useless -- Disappointed in it2, 2026-06-09 ### *---- "Live requests don’t work" Live requests for maintenance, housekeeping, and amenities have not worked once. When I tap them, it goes to a blank white screen and I have to delete the app and reinstall it to be able to use the rest of the app. -- jdrtivd, 2026-05-25 ### ***** "Loise activity Mike and Mona Smith" He is an amazing activity leader. He is the best we have ever had at a resort. Very entertaining and makes you feel very welcomed. -- Spicey Cowboy, 2026-05-22 ### ***-- "Buggy" Useful app while staying at the resort, but it is buggy. Several times, the link I followed opened to a completely blank page with no back button and I had to force quit the app. The app would seem to have a “remind me” feature with a bell icon next to upcoming events. I marked a few events this way but never received a reminder. (Yes, I’ve allowed the app to do notifications in iOS Settings) -- tbailen, 2026-03-23 ### ***-- "Need management St. Lucia" I’m writing this to just let everybody know there is no way this should be a two for 1 resort. 1.Pain in the butt checking in 2. Put in temp room for a night 3.tv don’t work in room or bar 4 the second day they started charging for cabanas 75-200us per day 5. preferred bar you climb that hill now yesterday shorten hours closed at 10 pm while super Bowl was still in in the 3 quarter. Had to leave 6. Spa prices terrible high ! No preferred restaurant 7. Anyone can go to preferred pool and lounge And beach ( no one check and we were here for 2 week. 8. no dress code any restaurant 9. smoking at preferred pool beach Sale people are not employees of UVC they try anything ! Run 10.staff is very friendly & cleaning Management hid behind glass doors& lie to you too. On scale for secrets I would rate it at a 3.5 In at a Diamond level -- GregApple1959, 2026-02-09 ### *---- "Bookmark a resort?" How do you bookmark a resort? -- Nyrrr7b, 2026-02-08 ### *---- "Terrible functionality for Secrets Bahía Mita resort" We used the app during two separate occasions to the resort. This last time we were encouraged to download it for things like ordering room service...received a message that there was no room service. We were encouraged to use it to book pool cabanas…the price quoted in the app was higher than the one provided by the staff who walk around attempting to fill the beds. We were told to use the app to book the private chef experience at the teppanyaki restaurant, there was no button available for that. Met another couple who booked through the site and then when coordinating with the hostess, she couldn’t see the reservation. Looks like a lot more updates and testing need to be completed before rollout out to users. -- CDubzStakz, 2026-02-04 ### **--- "Dreams sands Cancun" The entrance to my door of my room had plaster not painted the balcony small gross , the so called vip food was cold steak hard vomit , my room don’t get me started I’m use to secrets. This hotel sucks I’m so disappointed As a vip I expected better -- arleendelgado, 2026-01-10 ### *---- "Worthless app" While the hotel and staff are wonderful, this app is about as useful a box of wet matches. That is to say, useless and frustrating. Give us paper menus and a reliable map. That's not a big ask. -- Mohawksaremorethanhair, 2025-12-12 ### **--- "Does not save your resort, crashes" Every time you re-open the app you need to re-search for the resort. The app crashes… a lot. Constantly gives errors and won’t open -- DamonSun, 2025-12-04 ### *---- "Stupid apps" Nothing works -- Reviews by Product, 2025-11-06 ### *---- "Not working" Screen says “loading” and nothing happens. Really frustrating since the resort is pushing us to make reservations for dinner solely through the app, which isn’t working. -- MVG0190, 2025-08-29 ### *---- "Malfunctioning app ruined my stay" Latest iPhone with latest updates unable to connect to app / login with information to hotel secrets Cancún. -- Scubalandia, 2025-08-25 ### ***-- "Not impressed" Nothing appears to work as expected in the app. Allowing location for the map doesn't show where you are, so what's the point? Can't order room services, you select room service, it takes you to menus and when you select an item it opens with a bigger picture and a more detailed description. -- NxPhotos, 2025-08-02 ### **--- "Bad, but no other options" Really poorly built app. Screen goes blank when service isn’t great with now offline data (kind of a problem for an app built for international destinations). The food ordering is also awful. No way to modify or even really see your current order. -- Bbrannon4, 2025-07-19 ### ****- "Great app" This was very useful during our stay. Except the map is not helpful at all and could be a great resource if it worked. -- Ballz1642, 2025-07-04 [View all Hyatt Inclusive Collection reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Hyatt Inclusive Collection Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Mexico | Travel | #48 | | Top Free | Dominican Republic | Travel | #72 | | Top Free | Argentina | Travel | #78 | | Top Free | Canada | Travel | #87 | | Top Free | United States | Travel | #105 | | Top Free | Portugal | Travel | #127 | | Top Free | Chile | Travel | #162 | | Top Free | Peru | Travel | #196 | | Top Free | Israel | Travel | #199 | | Top Free | Ireland | Travel | #203 | | Top Free | United Kingdom | Travel | #204 | | Top Free | Colombia | Travel | #232 | ## Hyatt Inclusive Collection Discovered Keywords -
