We know you’re tired of spending your valuable time searching for staff. You deserve to focus on what you do best: caring for your patients, while we work hard to fill your staffing needs. 99% of dental practices prefer to use agencies simply because they're pressed for time. We’re the #1 trusted staffing app for dental practices because we not only provide immediate service no matter the hour, but our network consists of thousands of high-quality professionals eagerly searching for new opportunities. Our app personalizes your experience with innovative features you won’t find anywhere else! Here are your peers' favorites: Direct Requests Send direct job requests to preferred professionals! To qualify, both you and the professional must mark each other as preferred after a shift is completed. Build up your network of preferred professionals to the point where you’ll never need to post jobs on the job board. Rate Professionals After each shift, rate professionals based on their friendliness, skillset, professionalism, and more. Video Introduction Introduce yourself to professionals using our video introduction feature and review professional videos to get to know your candidates better. After confirming, they'll have an opportunity to get to know a little about your office before their shift. Direct Messages Build relationships with professionals by messaging them directly. Once a professional applies to your post or is auto-confirmed, you'll be able to initiate conversations via the messages feature. Negotiate Hours and Rate Post a job with set hours, but if you’re flexible, a candidate can request an adjustment to the schedule in order to accept the assignment. This allows you to have a larger pool of professional applicants to choose from. When a professional applies for an assignment, you’re able to negotiate the rate based on your needs and their qualifications. Auto-Confirmation Select the hourly rate you’re willing to pay, and if a professional applies at or below that rate, they will be confirmed on the spot! When you download our app, and we’re confident you will, you’ll be tapping into a network that keeps you ahead of the curve. Upon acceptance, you’ll become part of an exclusive team that’s raising the bar for dental practices. If you have any questions, message the Hygiene Staffing team via messages > support within the app. We want to help! We sincerely appreciate your partnership and look forward to a long and successful future. Best Regards, HYGIENE STAFFING ## Hygiene Staffing Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/51/1c/df/511cdfa4-28c4-3eaa-d49a-63c96d5051de/aa1a452b-aa51-45e9-881a-b8227ecefb02_1.jpg/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/39/52/b5/3952b50d-8103-b0a5-2d55-ba658dcd65d6/e4821bad-3122-4318-bebf-8b0f384a8039_2.jpg/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/46/d5/ee/46d5eea0-60d8-f2bb-f26c-6bc8b4ca5d39/0da52681-29dc-40ae-a331-fbe97be07853_3.jpg/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/aa/6c/1b/aa6c1b39-d124-d009-2609-f70c65e262a4/d9432e83-fdfc-4530-a3d4-982967e2e907_4.jpg/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/b4/b6/de/b4b6de56-efa8-f788-080e-f36a5c17cd0c/90e08f03-c724-4e42-8919-cff9c46ba4a0_5.jpg/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/46/68/9f/46689f89-6f4b-2780-792a-c7659957ae1d/f899496a-4d0a-4c59-b3d8-fa874786a9ce_6.jpg/1242x2208.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource126/v4/bd/10/4f/bd104fa6-97a2-232b-1436-f1aa8f1265ba/97d73672-0c97-41cc-9297-8114ed05998d_7.jpg/1242x2208.png) ## Hygiene Staffing Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 22 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Hygiene Staffing Reviews in United States ### ***** "Exceptional customer service" Anthony and the staff at Hygiene staffers have been incredible to work with.
