Designed to be useful in front of your rheumatologist, geneticist, or PT — not just another generic pain slider. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK Joint events on a full-body map. Tap any joint to log a subluxation or dislocation. Record event type, severity, pain level, how it was reduced (self, manual assist, ER), and what you were doing when it happened. Over time, the trigger context becomes one of the most useful patient-side signals. Beighton scores over time. Log your 9-point Beighton score with per-test breakdowns. The trend chart shows the adult GJH threshold so you and your clinician can see exactly where your hypermobility sits. POTS and MCAS, when relevant. Optional opt-in modules for the EDS "trifecta." Log resting and standing heart rate with automatic delta calculation against the +30 bpm POTS threshold, and track MCAS reactions with triggers, symptoms, and severity. If neither applies, these modules stay hidden. Daily check-ins. A 30-second flow for overall pain, fatigue, unstable joints, meds and braces used, and notes. Insights.
