I wish I found Taylor and The Hypermobile Chiro team sooner! I was met with kindness and understanding, which is very rare in the chronic illness community if Im being honest. Never once did Taylor make me feel like I was crazy for explaining how my body felt. After years of doctors Ive learned to just omit certain things I experience or feel, but Taylor I knew right away this was a safe place to break it all down, she validated everything I had felt for 30years! Managing hypermobility is a whole body thing mental and physical. This crew gets that! I was basically bedridden for 5 years before I randomly came across The Hypermobile Chiro ig, I had basically given up and thought I would just be existing the rest of my years a prisoner in my bedroom & mind. 9 months later I am driving again, I am cleaning my house, I am cooking for my family again, I am babysitting my first grandchild 3 days week! I may not be where I was many years ago, but I am LIVING not just existing! I know I will have to do things daily to keep my body going and I know there will be flare ups but Im not scared anymore. I have the tools and knowledge to help myself through it. Her coaching is specifically tailored to each of her clients to help them meet their specific goals. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about hypermobility syndromes and other dysautonomia conditions. She’s helped me find so much more strength and freedom, and is a constant support. Can’t recommend her highly enough. The app is also an improvement on the previous online platform we used.
