~ Privacy Policy ~

Phantom Force, LP, also referred to as PF in this Privacy Policy, is the creator of the HYPERSPEKTIV application which we refer to as the App. PF does not require that you reveal any personally identifiable information to use our App. We or our third party service providers, such as Apple, Google, Facebook and Yahoo, may collect information for technical support or other business support reasons such as for use in analytics and to improve the performance, experience and reliability of the App.

HOW WE MANAGE TRUE-DEPTH FACE DATA

Hyperspektiv utilizes Apple's Augmented Reality APIs (specifically ARKit & TrueDepth) in order to provide filters that react intelligently to people's bodies. On newer devices, in selfie mode, this requires that we use ARKit's Face Tracking mode.

We do not utilize your True Depth face data, nor do we store it anywhere. The only data used is the outline of your body, so we can apply filters to it.

## HYPERSPEKTIV Reviews in United States

### *---- "Lifetime membership is a lie."
Lifetime membership is a lie. They have no problem revoking it when they feel like you’ve had your money’s worth.
-- BullRaven, 2025-08-31

### **--- "Update 2.6"
Hello the new update canceled out my lifetime membership, could you please restore my purchase?
-- Ukenron, 2025-08-31

### *---- "Garbage"
Paying and cannot unlock filters. A new upgrade dropped subscriptions.
-- amirrordark, 2025-08-31

### *---- "The new release is broken"
I had a lifetime sub and now it is inactive.
-- saturn💜💜💜, 2025-08-30

### *---- "New update forgets membership"
Can’t get the app to restore my previous membership subscription.
-- Zypher7744, 2025-08-30

### **--- "PAID FOR YEAR SUB NOW I CANT USE PRO FEATURES"
I have used this app for years and suddenly can’t use the advanced features and my subscription ends Feb 2026. I am unable to restore purchase and unable to upgrade. I use this app in my video art work and suddenly am unable to access my customizations. Big disappointment. Please fix this.
-- ArtAppUser, 2025-08-29

### *---- "Betrayal"
Echoing all the other 1 star reviews. This once cool app that many of us paid for has been straight up ruined by greed. Shame on you. This kind of practice should be outlawed. ES&D TYSM.
-- lickmyownarmpits, 2025-08-15

### *---- "What a joke"
I'll never forget how after paying for the premium lifetime app they switched to a subscription model and offered paying users nothing. Now they have a new lifetime subscription... Greedy devs
-- lol_WUT, 2025-05-05

### ***** ":)"
one of my favorite photo editing apps
-- m0nism, 2025-04-14

### *---- "Let me buy it not rent it."
This app is cool but there is absolutely no reason why I should be expected to continuously pay every single month for the foreseeable future to do things that gimp could do for free. I recommend people to learn a free software and just do this yourself so that developers like this stop making people subscribe. I would pay maybe even 10 dollars for this app but I’m not going to pay every single month.
