Description
L'application Hypnose s'adresse aux patients suivant une thérapie contre les parasomnies impliquant l'écoute de fichiers audio (comme des séances de relaxation ou d'hypnose). Son thérapeute envoie directement un enregistrement de la séance au patient, qui peut alors la réécouter avant de s'endormir. Un calendrier permet de visualiser les jours où la séance a bien été réécoutée.
Cette application ne se substitue pas à une thérapie. Elle aide simplement la relation thérapeutique en exploitant l'Iphone des patients.
Cette application a un fonctionnement purement local et n'est, à aucun moment, reliée à internet.
