## Hypnosis for Weight Loss Description
Is losing weight harder than it should be for you?

Do you find yourself losing weight then putting it back on again, again and again?

The problem with diets and short-term weight loss solutions is that, by definition, they're a change from the norm. Then, when you go back to 'normal life', the weight comes back on again.

A permanently healthy weight needs a permanently healthy mindset, which means a change in the way you relate to food. And this is where hypnosis comes in.

The free hypnosis session in the Weight Loss Hypnosis app from Uncommon Knowledge will firstly, relax you wonderfully deeply. Then it will work with your unconscious mind to change your attitude to food so that you start to desire what's good for you, instead of craving what's not.

With over 20 years experience, and more than 750,000 hypnosis sessions sold, Uncommon Knowledge knows how to get your unconscious mind on your side.

The app is super-simple, you just install it and hit play on the free session. You can use that for as long as you like, but if you want more variety at any time you can upgrade to the monthly paid option and access 10 more weight loss sessions.

Our most popular weight loss session 'Healthy Eating' is free inside the app to get your new approach to weight loss started right away. Then, if you like what you hear, you can unlock the other sessions with the monthly payment option.

From Uncommon Knowledge, delivering hypnosis since 1998.
