Buyer Beware!!!" This product didn’t really resonate with me and I found it hard to get into. Not so much an app issue but more of a me issue. I went to cancel the subscription during the 7-day free trial and was reading the FAQ for refunds and cancellations. It very clearly states a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied but asks that you give it at least 6 sessions before requesting a refund. I had done 3 or 4 and figured I give it another go but took my time since I read the 30-day money Bach guarantee in the FAQ. I gave it more than 6 sessions but still decided not wasn’t for me and today requested my refund via email per the FAQ. Almost immediately my sun was cancelled and they emailed me that my cancellation was confirmed but that they were denying my refund per Section 7 of their T&C. So I went and looked specifically at Section 7 but that had nothing to do with cancellations or refunds and was only about intellectual property and related areas. I screen shot the FAQ and requested again. That was also denied. But it did not help with anxiety or depression. I saw someone who is a board certified hypnotherapist and she explained to me how your brain works and why apps like this do not work on more complex issues. This is not just mindfulness hypnotherapy, true hypnotherapy works on a subconscious level with your neural pathways. Her company‘s name was primitive balance, and I did it online with her. Worked much better. My anxiety lesson. I contacted Hypnozio about their 30 day guarantee only to be denied – not once, but twice – even after providing proof of the guarantee they advertised. I’m still trying to get my refund, but it’s been an uphill battle, and at this point it feels like a lost cause. I would not recommend this company.
