## hypoGO Description
Der Login ins Internetbanking hypo@home wird noch sicherer: durch die Einführung einer zweiten Sicherheits-Komponente – die neue hypoGO App.

Wie Sie es schon von der Zeichnung Ihrer Aufträge kennen, müssen Sie künftig auch Ihren Login in hypo@home (Internetbanking) freigeben. 
Verwenden Sie künftig die hypoGO App für die Login-Freigabe und für die Zeichnung Ihrer Aufträge. Die hypoGO App ist schnell aktiviert (direkte Freischaltung in der App) und praktisch in der Handhabung. 

Laden Sie die hypoGO App aus Ihrem App-Store herunter. Aktivieren Sie die App mit Ihren Internetbanking Login-Daten. Zeichnen Sie die Aktivierung mit einer TAN. 

Sobald eine Anforderung in der App bereitsteht, erhalten Sie eine Push-Mitteilung. Bestätigen Sie einfach in der hypoGO App jene Kontrollziffer, die Sie in hypo@home angezeigt bekommen. 
Zu Kontrolle werden Ihnen Ihre Login-Daten bzw. die Auftragsdaten angezeigt. 

Die hypoGO App unterstützt den shortPIN Einstieg (4-stelliger Nummerncode), Fingerabdruck und die Gesichtserkennung (ab iPhone X verfügbar).

Total unhandlich! Zuerst schließt es sich ständig/stürzt ab und jetzt kann man es nur mehr über TAN Brief aktivieren. Und einen solchen Service finanziert man auch noch über Kontoführungsgebühren. Für einen Bezahlservice unterirdisch.

Seit ich diese App verwende ärgere ich mich eigentlich immer. Diese doppelte geklickt, immer die Bestätigung, in einer anderen App. Und wenn man sie wie heute dringend braucht funktioniert sie überhaupt nicht weil sie immer einfriert. Ich habe noch weitere Konten auf anderen Banken mit Apps die einfach ohne Probleme seit Jahren laufen auch nach einem Update.

Einmal eingerichtet ok, aber wehe man hat ein neues Handy, dann kann man nicht mal mehr Online Banking bzw. Überweisungen tätigen und am Wochenende geht schon mal gar nicht‘s weil es keinen Support gibt. Hypo Pay liefert Fehlermeldung, Überweisungen, Zahlungen können nicht getätigt werden... welcome to 2021

Da das Onlinebanking aus Sicherheitsgründen nur mit 2 Geräten funktioniert (PC+Handy), hat man die Ar....karte, wenn man ein neues Gerät hat. In meinem Fall das Handy. Ich kann die Sicherheitszahl, die im PC gefordert wird bei der Anmeldung, nicht aktivieren. Es wird erwartet, dass ich mir die Zeit nehme, mein Handy neu zu aktivieren/ erkennen zu lassen über das Servicecenter. Dafür habe ich weder Geduld noch Zeit!!! Was soll das bitte?
