Bereken makkelijk en snel uw maximale hypotheek, de bruto / netto maandlasten, de kosten koper en het benodigd eigen geld voor uw droomhuis! De app bevat het volgende functionaliteiten: - Berekenen van de maximale hypotheek op basis van hypotheekrente en inkomen en energielabel. Hierbij kunt u ook bonussen, vakantiegeld, partneralimentatie, studieschuld, overige leningen opgeven, zodat de berekening exact hetzelfde is als bij de bank of adviseur. U kunt ook aangeven of de AOW normen gebruikt moeten worden. Berekeningen zijn gebaseerd op de NIBUD financieringslastpercentages 2025. - Berekenen van de totale bruto en netto kosten koper. Het kosten koper scherm bevat de overdrachtsbelasting, hypotheekakte, leveringsakte, taxatie, bouwkundig rapport, bankgarantie, hypotheekadvies, makelaar, NHG (rekening houdend met maximale koopsom). - Berekenen benodigd eigen geld. Dit is de koopsom + kosten koper - gevraagde hypotheek. - U kunt het bruto en netto maandbedrag berekenen voor de type hypotheken annuïtair, lineair of aflossingsvrij. Het netto maandbedrag is inclusief de eigen woning forfait, zodat het netto maandbedrag echt overeenkomt met wat u aan woonlasten kwijt bent. De EWF gaat namelijk van de HRA af, dus dat verminderd de aftrekpost. De nieuwe regelgeving waarin de Wet Hillen deels afgeschaft is, is er ook in verwerkt. - Berekenen van de totale netto kosten over de gehele looptijd - Berekenen van de totale rente kosten over de gehele looptijd - U kunt een grafiek met de bruto/netto maandlasten over de looptijd bekijken - U kunt een tabel met de bruto/netto maandlasten over de looptijd bekijken - U kunt berekenen hoeveel u bespaart door een extra aflossing. Dit is handig om de keuze te maken of extra aflossen rendabeler is dan sparen of beleggen. - U kunt de resultaten versturen via e-mail Deze app bevat geen advertenties en is onafhankelijk gebouwd van banken of hypotheekadviseurs. Uw ingevoerde data is veilig en wordt nergens opgeslagen of doorverkocht. Het abonnement "Hypotheek Calculator Pro" kost €0,99 per maand en wordt automatische verlengd. 
U krijgt een gratis proefperiode van 1 week. Met dit maandabonnement kunt u de hypotheek maandlasten grafiek/tabel zien, kosten koper berekenen en besparing berekenen bij een extra aflossing van de hypotheek. Om de automatische verlenging uit te schakelen, kunt u in de accountinstellingen van uw Apple-ID minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de lopende (proef)periode annuleren. Het maandbedrag wordt via uw iTunes account in rekening gebracht.
