Very unreliable

Does not update timeously.

Poor app

Never arms or disarms on the app. Got to press arm or disarm and wait and wait then keep repeating until successful. Will change to a different app asap.

When try to open events it closes the app

Unreliable

Lately the app has been giving me headaches. Struggle to set the alarm. Cannot disarm. Tried 3 different cell networks from 3 different phones. Not even working through fibre.

Works when it feels like it.

The app could be useful but can't be trusted to work when you need it. It will allow you to connect and de/activate zones one week but not the next, only to magically start working again. Keep your remote handy. The system lacks consistency.

No timers

When will timers be added to the app. On and off times for arming and disarming. So hard to set these up with the keypad. Otherwise great system.

Great service

My alarm was struck on Sunday night by lightning. Technician was there early Monday. Came back promptly on Wednesday and installed new control panel. Service was great Bella09@

Works great, but can be inproved

Easy to use, very convenience to access your alarm system from any where, the app designers can perhaps add support for electric fence ect.
