## HZconnect Reviews in United States

### ****- "Please buy an iPad for developer"
The app works but this version no longer has any idea about the size of the screen. Please buy an iPad for your developers so they can fix that.
-- Ipad 2022, 2022-08-17

### *---- "Unstable connection"
Always off
-- David Ciacco, 2022-03-31

### ****- "Needs update"
For the most part the app is good, however the expanded camera view or full screen view doesn’t work. Again. Please update the app. Revised. 1-26-22: update published works for full screen again. Thanks
-- Thors_hammers, 2022-01-26

### ****- "Delivery Alerts"
I love the video doorbell for its ability to give me alerts when a package is delivered. I do lose connection with it sometimes which is a bit frustrating but I can quickly get it going again and it’s it works fine.
-- Nurkowski, 2021-03-10

### *---- "Fed up"
This app has been nothing but trouble for me do unit keeps going off-line and then I have to remove the unit and re-initialize getting very old it does it’s about to every two days
-- rosco2016, 2021-02-21

### ***** "Happy again"
Service had been disconnected and it was totally unfair. Finally is back. Thanks
-- Caliljv, 2020-12-29

### *---- "New app"
Can’t get it to connect after the new update and switched to new app. Very frustrated.
-- kdgv1, 2020-10-14

### ****- "A lot of issues fixed"
notification on phone when someone rings the bell works now. No google home stream working yet. Wish i would get alert on watch that come to iphone notification center only.
-- JustinCWink, 2020-09-07

### *---- "Terrible"
Get the ring, less hassle, doesn’t disconnect at random, better app. Had to switch apps and still dont work properly. Always goin offline.
-- Picou3, 2020-08-29

### ****- "Not As Many Features as Before"
I have to say that I am not having as many issues as other users seem to be having. For the most part, I’m getting all my alerts and am able to live stream whenever I want. Although I do find it weird that randomly I’ll be missing a big chunk of the day sometimes. To be honest, The only issue I am currently having is that I can no longer update the “zones” that I want to have the motion detection. Any helpful ideas? When I click the button to access the zones it just times me out and doesn’t let me update.
