I am - Daily Affirmations

Positive reminders motivation

Published by: Monkey Taps

Description

How many negative thoughts have been endlessly repeating in your mind? Daily affirmations help rewire our brains, build self-esteem, and change negative thought patterns. Empower yourself by verbally affirming your dreams and ambitions. Choose from many daily intentions and set reminders to be delivered throughout the day.
Positive affirmations help make major shifts in your mindset, and they also serve as prompts and daily reminders about what you’re truly capable of, ensuring every day is an amazing day.
An affirmation is a simple but powerful statement that helps to strengthen the connection between your conscious and unconscious mind. The more you strengthen this connection, the more resilient you’ll be when you experience difficult or challenging circumstances.
As Buddha wisely said: you become what you believe. And the best way to strengthen your resilience is to practice affirmations every single day.

There are many benefits to using affirmations as part of your daily morning routine:

- They help increase your awareness of your thoughts and words, making it easier to recognize the negative and self-doubting thought patterns holding you back.
- Affirmations define your focus. When you focus your energy on the things you want, like achieving your goals, the positive, uplifting, and good, you’re creating an abundance mindset and strengthening your resolve to make it happen.
- They open you up to possibility. Too often we get stuck in the ‘impossible’ mindset, but affirmations flip this on its head. When you begin to positively affirm what is actually possible, a whole world of opportunity opens up to you.

Wow amazing app!!!

🤍✨emily✨🤍 on

I’ve been using this app every day and it really helps me appreciate ✨me✨ by giving me such amazing quotes every day. I love how it gives you quotes exactly at 11:11!! The attention to detail too like they didn’t only just make an app that gives you positive quotes, but they also added customizations that you can do! Overall amazing app 10/10 thank you to the creators <3

Not free. 3-day trial then PAY.

SquirrelGirl21 on

It’s free only for 3-days. Then you have to PAY. I was going to try it but the 3-day trial period is too SHORT. Not worth my time to try it out.

Monkey Taps = CASH GRABBING SCAMS

LLNicknameLL on

Canada

I tried the free trial of I Am and cancelled the subscription on the SAME DAY (Dec 31 2024) to avoid getting charged. It literally shows Dec 31 2024 - Jan 3 2025 on my account. It even popped up on my phone yesterday, a reminder from the app that my free trial would be ending. Please tell me why I now have a PENDING CHARGE of $29.99 today Jan 4 2025??? Monkey Taps apps are a total scam, I’ve already been through this with another one of their apps (Moodlight). I absolutely cannot/will not recommend their sneaky scamming apps to anyone nor will I try any of their apps again!

The app doesn’t give an option to change types of quotes. Automatically charged even though I cancelled. In the process of waiting for a refund.
