I Am Sober ist mehr als nur eine kostenlose Nüchternheitszähler-App.

Neben der Verfolgung deiner Nüchternheitstage hilft sie dir, neue Gewohnheiten zu entwickeln und sorgt für anhaltende Motivation, indem sie dich mit einem breiten Netzwerk von Menschen verbindet, die alle dasselbe Ziel verfolgen: einen Tag nach dem anderen nüchtern zu bleiben.

Durch unsere wachsende Nüchternheits-Community können Sie von anderen lernen und dazu beitragen, indem Sie Erkenntnisse und Taktiken teilen, die für Sie funktioniert haben.

Um zu visualisieren, wie lange du schon nüchtern bist.

- Erinnern Sie sich, warum Sie aufgehört haben
Fügen Sie Gründe und Fotos hinzu, um sich daran zu erinnern, warum Sie mit Ihrer Sucht aufhören und nüchtern bleiben wollen.

- Täglicher Versprechenstracker
Nehmen Sie sich jeden Tag ein Versprechen vor. Nüchternheit ist ein 24-Stunden-Kampf, also beginnen Sie Ihren Tag mit einem Versprechen, nüchtern zu bleiben. Am Ende des Tages können Sie Ihren Tag Revue passieren lassen und Notizen machen.

Sehen Sie, wie viel Geld und Zeit Sie durch Nüchternheit gespart haben.

Lesen Sie, wie sie sich bei diesem Meilenstein gefühlt haben und was Sie erwarten können. Wenn Sie Probleme haben, erzählen Sie Ihre Geschichte und laden Sie andere ein, Ihnen zu helfen oder Ratschläge zu geben.

- Zeitplan für den Entzug
Wenn Sie ein Konto erstellen und Ihre Sucht erklären, können Sie sofort einen Zeitplan für den Entzug sehen, um eine Vorstellung davon zu bekommen, was Sie in den nächsten Tagen (und Wochen) erwartet. Sie bestimmen die Uhrzeit, Ihr nüchternes Geburtsdatum, die Kategorie der Motivation, die Sie brauchen, die Abhängigkeiten, die Sie überwinden wollen, und sogar die Zusammenfassungen am Ende des Tages. Passen Sie die App an Ihren Lebensstil und Ihre Bedürfnisse an.

Die Abonnements können vom Nutzer verwaltet werden, und die automatische Verlängerung kann nach dem Kauf in den Kontoeinstellungen deaktiviert werden. I Am Sober n’est pas l’application qui m’a sauvé la vie, mais elle est celle qui me permet de trouver un but et des raisons de persévérer. Je ne l’explique pas, mais dès que j’ai commencé à utiliser cette application, j’ai tout de suite voulu arrêter de me faire du mal et je n’ai jamais recommencer depuis 543 jours maintenant. Je fais partie de ces personnes qui essaye de ne pas culpabiliser soi-même ou les autres si ils le font, mais sans cette application les choses seraient beaucoup plus compliquées, alors merci aux développeurs, merci infiniment.

Great app. I started half-heartedly after my daughter showed it to me. But after two days I found it helping me massively. The reminders that the app pops up are encouraging and not annoying. The progress, motivation and financial pages underline and remind you what your freedom means. It has amplified my motivation and focus, a bit like a sports coach, and encourages me every day further removed from my addictions!
