Recap each day and find patterns that made your day easier or more challenging than the last.
• Share your story
Either with others or for yourself, take photos and journal your progress directly in the app. Then choose to share it or save it as a reminder for yourself.
• Milestone tracker
Track and celebrate your milestones from 1 day, to 1 week, to 1 month and beyond. Compare experiences with others on their sober journey. Read how they felt at this milestone and what you can expect. If you’re struggling, share your story and invite others to offer help or advice.
• Withdrawal timeline
When you create an account and declare your addiction, you can instantly see a withdrawal timeline to get an idea of what to expect for your next few days (and weeks). What’s more, you can contribute to it. See how many others saw an increase in their restfulness vs those that saw an increase in anxiety. Prepare yourself for what’s to come in recovery.
• Customize your experience
You set the time, your sober birthday, the category of motivation you need, the addictions you’re trying to break, even the end-of-day summaries. Make the app customized to your lifestyle and tailored to your needs.

I Am Sober is free to use, but you can support development of the app with a subscription to Sober Plus. With Sober Plus, you'll get access to these premium features:
• Create a group
Stay accountable together and track your sobriety privately. Groups are great for complimenting your real-world group like Alcoholics Anonymous, NA, SA, SMART Recovery, or your rehab center.
• Locked access
Keep your trackers private with a lock that you can access via TouchID or FaceID.
• Data Backups
Save your progress in the cloud and restore your trackers if you get a new device.
• More tracking
Track more addictions and get access to more communities. Even if your addiction is specific like Wine, Online Shopping, or Skin Picking, you’ll find a variety of communities of people who are all trying to get sober from alcohol, drugs, eating disorders, self-harm, and more.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. I Am Sober Plus automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

This app has helped me with many things such as saving money and tracking my sh but it’s helped me push my self and realise how much I did it and the comparison now and over all a good app xx
Amazing
It’s an amazing app that counts up your days how long you’re refrained from whatever you’re trying to stay away from. Then you also can input your reasons, and there is a community section where you can post. The only thing is, it should allow you to do multiple streaks because I’m not only giving up overshopping, I’m also giving up sugar. It would really help. I don’t think groups should be by invite only, I think you should be allowed to request to join a group just like on Facebook. And there is a wait before you can post again which is a bit annoying but maybe it’s for the best so you don’y spam others?

I’ve been suffering with addiction since I was a teenager. I am an adult now and I’m still suffering addiction. I’ve tried many ways to become sober but ultimately I would fail over and over. I got so fed up with my life until the day I decided to look for a sober app. I downloaded this app with low expectations but when I finally had the app set up, I was mind blown with how supportive this app is. It’s been the most helpful source of support I have ever had. I love the fact that there is a community who you can relate with and speak to when you have an urge to relapse. I recommend this app to anyone who is looking to become sober and I can’t rate this app any higher.
New to this app but loving it!
I joined nearly 1 week ago (I signed up for the Sober Plus access because I thought this is what I need now to change my life and it will be worth it). I have to say, even at just one week, it really is worth it! It has kept my focus on not drinking so damn good and I already feel strong about my sober journey and keeping at it for good! Who would believe that an app on a phone has the power to ground me the way it has, and make not drinking so easy!? Features I particularly like are: - Being able to post within a community and share thoughts/ progress / feelings / ask questions for support and give & receive kind advice to keep at it. - The daily motivation where you can make a pledge at the start of the day and be reminded of why you’re doing this. Also being able to come back at the end of the day and review if you did or didn’t drink and how the day went. - The £ tracker to show how much on average I have saved. It really pushes me to keep at it. - The workbooks with short but effective exercises which open my mind and make me question things I wouldn’t by myself. It also works as a great journalling method. The app really is great and I am so glad I downloaded it! Thank you!

Amazing app!
Best app for sobering up for whatever even making your own, best one so far.It checks up on you at 8pm & 8am to see how your day is going if it’s been for where reason yours is for you can reset it try to see how long you can go for.
