## I Deserve a Donut Description
Do you eat when you're stressed? Or when you're bored, lonely, or annoyed? If so, this app will help! It contains 32 sets of questions and 150+ Bible verses you can use to go to God for help with weight loss!

Here’s how it works. When you’re in a tempting situation, all you can think of is the food: how it looks. How it smells. And how good it would taste. What you need is a way to break the hold it has on you. This app will help. The questions are designed to help you see the big picture: Will eating really make you happy? Will it be worth it? Would it be better not to eat?

The questions and Bible verses will help you get a biblical perspective on life - and that will help you break free from those negative emotions that drive you to eat. As you go through the questions and the verses, you’ll begin to see your desires change - so you'll no longer even want that donut!

Here’s why: It’s the lies you believe about food that make you want to overeat. When you replace those lies with truth, you’ll actually want to follow your boundaries. And that will help you lose weight and keep it off.

If you'd like to see a short YouTube video of the app in action, click on the blue I Deserve a Donut support link on the iTunes Preview page for this app or go to the Christian Weight Loss App page at barbraveling.com under the weight loss tab.

There is also a Bible study that goes with this app called Taste for Truth: A 30 Day Weight Loss Bible Study which is available at Amazon.

### ***** "Helps me reset a bad day"
Very thankful for this app. I use it to help reset my thoughts in general, even when I’m not struggling with food issues, when I can tell I’m thinking self-focused or angry thoughts. Whenever I think “How would my mom gently call me out and point me back to Jesus?” This app does exactly that. ;) Thank you, Barb and your app development team!

### ***** "Such an amazing resource!!"
I use the book more than the app, but the whole mind renewal thing has completely changed my life. I use these questions and these new principles in everything, not just my eating now. It’s been helping me even now with dealing with my dad being sick and in the hospital. I am super grateful for Barb Raveling. 🙏🏼
