## i-Flame Reviews in United States

### *---- "4 years of not working"
Does not work in any way no matter how many times app and phone is updated over four years. Crashes and closes app after entering wifi password. My house is full smart tech and everything is usually very easy to setup and use but this has been useless.
-- CDsharky, 2025-05-24

### *---- "Does not work"
Can not sign up. No matter what email I use, it says invalid email.
FIX. IT. !!!!
-- myvalk99, 2025-04-26

### *---- "Absolutely Terrible!"
Can’t even input requested information and connect. My entire house is smart so I know it’s this app that’s dumb!
-- CVCIII, 2025-01-17

### *---- "Basically unless"
Idk what the purpose of this app is other than maybe get your email info, but it does not work with the altra fire place at all what a pile of etrash
-- Nikodontcare, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Can’t open the App."
App will not let me set up account. Says my emai address is invalid.
-- skip anderson, 2024-01-20

### *---- "Slow, no response"
The app stays on add a device and never gives you the connect option. Seems this app is outdated and it should removed from the app store
-- Romeoz, 2023-12-10

### ***** "Works Great!"
Not sure why so many bad reviews. So far it’s been working great! Exactly what I was looking for.
-- BillyMc, 2023-10-26

### *---- "Does not work"
App does not work at all
-- saglifeee, 2023-09-10

### *---- "Setup Not Working"
After entering all the information on my fireplace model and serial number, it won't allow me to get push the connect button. I can't get past the initial set up screen even with every piece of information entered. Have exited out of app, and reopened. Nothing is working.
-- TheCavazosFamily, 2023-06-14

### *---- "The worst application I have ever installed"
This application is the worst I’ve ever used. The verification workflow when setting up a new account doesn’t work properly, and I ended up having to create an account several times before it worked. Once I got in, I could not setup a new fireplace. It kept erroring out and going to the “add new device” screen and I couldn’t save my fireplace, let along connect. What an awful experience.
