## i-gate Description
i-gate provides users with the functionality to invite visitors using their contacts on their phone. The app provides the functionality to send invitations via SMS, iMessage or WhatsApp. 

Visitors are then providing with a PAC ( Personal Access Code) to quickly gain access to the premises.

Additional features include : 
* Message inbox for courtesy entry and exit notifications, emergencies and newsletters

My complex uses this access APP to grant entry and exit to visitors and contractors. 

For a while now I have not been able to load codes from my contacts. This is incredibly annoying as I have to go back and forth between iGate and contact. I now can only grant access by select cellphone as if the person visiting is not known. 

Second issue is codes expire after single use leaving visitors and contractors stranded. 

Central Development should look for another supplier. I give this app zero.

I’ve been using I-gate for two years and this is the first time I have had issues getting an OTP via sms verification. I can receive other smses but not the OTP from i-gate.
