I don’t know if any representative of bajaj allianz ever used this app. There seems no linkage between this app their web portal and customer care support. Too complicated ever for educated persons
It doesn’t function at all. Not sure Why Bajaj is having this kind of pathetic app for users.
The app is developed by kids. Most of the time it doesn’t work
Upload didn’t not happen at final stage and after that, when I try again, app says. Failed. Try again when I submit the form. Please resolve as earliest
app does not allow u to login again with pre inspection number and customer service mail replies are very slow, they reply after 3-4 days
Things are done online to save time and to make it easy for customers… but this truly is a worst app .. The online executives atleast tries to help us .. officers makes it really difficult fr the customers ..
Just another time wasting gimmick from bajaj dogs
This app stops functioning at the most crucial stage. One will need to take multiple photos from different angles. Chassis number, RC, and a selfy photo are also needed. It start uploading the data in the final stage but the upload will never complete. If you decide to cancel and retry, it just cancels the entire process even without asking a confirmation. You will need to start all over again. There is no backup. This is a very simple app yet there are so many bugs that makes a user frustrated. Better go with another insurance provider that offers a better and simpler process.
