This app ask for KYC almost every-time even after the initial process and the approval process is hectic as the staff do not pay attention to details

Tried registering but get an error when hit continue “Alert [object object]

1) i have attempted for months to get KYS documents approved, they keep denying it despite reputable banks accepting them. 2) because i can not get my KYS approved the money i put in there is stuck and cannot be withdrawn, but i can add money and use it without any hope of getting it out. 3) when i try to attach my bank account it gives me the notification *make sure your BVN is connected to the bank account * then proceeds to fail, this makes 0 sense because to set up the bank accounts my BVN was required and is attached to it 4) i can’t invest the money in there because the minimums required are too high (i am 19 and this is my first attempt at investment)(and to specify i am not talking about their stocks option) this app is honestly the worst and hardest to handle, i do not recommend unless you have the patience (going on 4 months for me) and money for it

I’ve been trying to link my bvn to the application but all it tells me is that my details cannot be validated at the time. I’ve tried on different times and occasions but it shows me the same thing, I can’t just get started

This i-invest app works great! I have been using it for over one year and half now, I am super happy with the interest that yield to my investment daily, reliability of the app is so great. I can invest now and go to sleep because it hasn’t let me down. Thanks to I-invest.

Great app. I no longer have to stress myself to buy treasury bills

I regret choosing I-invest. The customer service is terrible, there are never free agents, my normal is currently sitting dormant as I have been unable to add my bank information so I can trade equites and I can’t even withdraw my money so I can close my account. There’s no phone line, the only forms of customer support are “chat with kudi” and email, none of which have been remotely helpful. Stay away from I-invest if you don’t want headache. And if this review gets taken down I’ll just upload it again and again till I have I-invest reach out and/or rectify my issues.

I funded my wallet and can’t see my money.i need it back please.over 4days now I have not seen my money into my i-invest wallet.is this not scam or what.mo stars on this it’s fake
