## I Prefer Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Not User Friendly"
I have emailed several times regarding the app and the website both. Neither are super user-friendly when you’re trying to check points availability and comparing different hotels. You have to start over and start searching the same parameters that you started with over and over again. Additionally, I was told certain hotels were still accepting points yet you they never allow you to search using points. I’m not talking about showing dates where points are blacked out. I’m talking about where there is an option to search using points. It’s very frustrating at times because it feels like groundhogs day when you are searching multiple dates and properties especially.
-- Lexiev23, 2025-09-01

### *---- "Poor"
Difficult to navigate
-- Michael the great 53, 2025-08-13

### **--- "Limited use"
Lots of points and I usually stay in suites, etc. Free nights and even points and $ nights not much of a deal or very limited options. I had rather use all my points for a suite versus smaller rooms.
-- colguy, 2025-08-03

### **--- "Not easy"
Take a page from other resort apps that work. Not easy to look at booking hotels, how to accumulate points or locations.
-- Kirkd1972, 2024-08-11

### **--- "Glitchy"
Not a user friendly site
-- Nick lllllkjjhbnnj, 2024-08-06

### ***-- "Bad app compared to other major hotel"
Points don’t ever show up
-- Sjeong Law, 2024-07-20

### *---- "Always a problem"
Trying to book a hotel using my points and the app is terrible. Why can’t I easily cash in my points?
-- JPB Dallas, 2024-07-07

### *---- "Please fix the bugs"
Every time you try to use the app it forces you to log back in. This problem has existed since your last update.
-- Steve A PSP, 2024-05-24

### *---- "Can't Login"
I can't login using this app But my account works on a laptop. The app seems to have some bugs.
-- nnjgchuugffbmki, 2024-05-02

### *---- "Why is your app so bad"
It’s not integrated with its own functions.
It doesn’t track my frequent stays at your resorts.
And when I go to submit an inquiry on the app your systems asks me for my email and account number, all in the same app.
People - this in 2024.
Not 1984 when you guys would have issued me a plastic card.
Get this right!
