### ***** "Amazing!"
Thank you for this App!
-- Rana alamri, 2024-08-19

### **--- "Very slow"
I only give it 2 stars because at least you have an app.
-- smartgoodcall, 2024-08-18

### *---- "This app is awful, but they make you use it"
For the Countries largest private landlord, their app is absolutely atrocious.

It’s bloated and slow, but its functionality is where it is truly terrible

In order to read a response to a message, you need to click “send a message”

It’s so unintuitive that the admin team in Ires actually email you to tell you you’ve got a response.. because so many people miss it

If you’re forced to use this app, you’re almost certainly going to be frustrated with it, and will end up having to email or call Ires anyway
-- JasonVII, 2024-07-26

### *---- "No way to edit for some request that is going on."
If I do need to edit some ticket that i already been created i need to create a new one.

There is no way do add photo after it’s been created.

Please fix it
