Regardless of paying for the live feature, the app fails to work. Every time I go inside it, the UI setup is as if I have just downloaded it. Asking me to set up my preferences. Which I wouldn’t care about doing if it showed me the news. But it just says connection error. 

On cellular and WiFi. Latest updates and IOS. 
Reinstalling.

L'application a été entièrement refaite, ce qui est une bonne surprise. Mais quand j'essaie de m'abonner, je n'arrive pas à accéder au contenu (je retombe sur la page qui me demande de m'abonner). Du coup, j'ai annulé mon abonnement... décevant.

Il y a maintenant plus de deux ans que votre application d’info i24News n’est pas du tout stable. La lecture bloc au bout d’une dizaine de minutes et l’application se fige. En plus ça finit par faire surchauffer le téléphone.
Ce n’est pas la première fois que je vous écris.
Pouvez-vous enfin faire le nécessaire pour que votre application puisse marcher correctement, c’est-à-dire normalement ?

Nous sommes aujourd’hui le 23 juillet 2023 il n’y a eu aucun progrès sur votre application si ce n’est une dégradation qui m’a contraint de la supprimer. Son utilisation a bloqué à plusieurs reprises tout le fonctionnement de mon téléphone IPhone comme si il y avait un virus. Il serait tant que vous vous donniez les moyens de mettre votre application au niveau requis pour une consultation quotidienne sans problème.

There is definitely a memory leak in the application. The app is slowing down while using it, and finally the iPhone as well. I need to close and kill the app every time I use. The phone is also heating when the i24 app is open.

Pour une chaîne internationale et de plus basée en Israël je trouve déplorable que vous situé le lieu d’un événement en Israël à Jérusalem dans les territoires occupés. En Cisjordanie. Une honte. Ville réunifiée par l’état d Israël. De plus comme beaucoup de médias critiquant Israël vous utilisé l’expression erroné de l’état Hébreux comme beaucoup de médias anti Israël. Pour n’importe quel personne ayant étudiés un minimum d’histoire. L’état hébreux n’a jamais existé. La tribu des hébreux a existé du retour de Jacob en Canaan après avoir séjourné chez Laban. Jusqu’à l’entrée du peuple d’Israël sur sa terre promise. Pour toutes ces raisons je quitte cette application. Je l’efface. Et la déconseille. De plus elle n’arrête pas de ce bloquer.
