It worked perfectly until I tried switching networks. Once that didn’t work I tried switching it back to the old network but it wouldn’t work. I’ve been trying to get it to work but it’s not. This has improved call light response time in our SNF and with their falls integration has reduced our falls in one quarter by 25%.
