Недавно мне потребовалось сделать Яндекс почту и Яндекс Диск . Все было хорошо до момента, когда у меня Яндекс не списал 299₽ за подписку Яндекс Плюс, КОТОРУЮ Я НЕ ОФОРМЛЯЛА!
Я в этот же день ее приостановила, написала в поддержку, пообщалась с роботом , дала ему всю нужную информацию, на это все я получила , что робот «ушел за человеком» и скоро вернётся. Прошел час , два , десять , человека нет ! Написала на следующий день, а человека нет ! Никто мне не ответил! Прошло двое суток , а человека нет!
У меня Яндекс просто списал 300₽ и растворился ! Невероятно ! Я никогда не знала , что буду заниматься благотворительностью для Яндекса в размере 300₽ :)
Яндекс , что за отвратительная работа поддержки? Сделайте что-нибудь либо со своими сотрудниками поддержки , либо верните мне деньги!!!! (Второе без либо , просто верните 300₽ , пж)

Странно конечно что я не могу загрузить файлы с айфон в Яндекс диск через приложение , это очень неудобно , постоянно через браузер заходить и так делать

ребята, пожалуйста, сделайте альбомы не по две огромные обложки - когда у тебя 100 альбомов ОЧЕНЬ СЛОЖНО ОРИЕНИТРОВАТЬСЯ.. сделайте пожалуйста сортировка по алфавиту ИЛИ по последнему, а отображение опционально списком - одним под другим.
Также очень не хватает отображение фото на карте - у вас же все для этого есть!
Фичи
Была бы классной функцией шарить фотографии с другими аккаунтами. Не приходилось бы отправлять человеку фотки что бы тот так же потом заливал в облако их. Еще не хватает функции удаления фотки с облака и сразу же с телефона
VPN
Сделайте обновление со встроеным VPN, что б в странах, где запрещен Яндекс, могли пользоваться вашим сервисом
1гб ограничение на файлы
Ну учитывая, что толковой поддержки на сайте у вас нет, выбомблюсь сюда. Вы просто отняли возможность загружать файлы больше 1гб... Без предупреждения, без оповещения. Я забрал свои бесплатные 200гб ещё в начале существования диска, а вы просто вынуждаете покупать тариф по подписочной форме.
Вылетает
В целом всё устраивает, но жаль что вылетает приложение после того как заходишь на аккаунт, последняя версия (411) совместимая для iPhone SE (1-го поколения) iOS 11.4.1
