Mostly no problems except one time. But now, the tech people told me I cannot set a different temp on each of the two thermostats. I have been for 10 months but they did an app update and I guess I am the one who has the problem. I wish I had either someone helpful or a different choice This is now 3 days later, and this Iapartment app is worthless to me, apparently I am not the only one . -- DJbent2699, 2026-06-01 ### *---- "Wtf" This has got to be one of the worst apps out. I left my apartment and turned of the air assuming it turned off, I came back and the air was on leaving my apartment ice cold. The physical box didn’t work either. This company needs to go back to the drawing board. -- soldados yes, 2026-05-30 ### *---- "Pointless" This app never works I’m paying 85$ a month and the service and app does NOTHING. I can’t ever even unlock my door with it. Can’t change temperature on my thermostat it is constantly saying the thermostat is not connected to the WiFi but it is. This app and the service is was waste of money. -- sfrossssss, 2026-04-24 ### *---- "iApartments: The ‘i’ stands for ‘in progress forever.’ Just rebrand to BetaApartments & admit defeat" You call yourself iApartments, but the only thing remotely Apple-compatible is the fruit bowl I brought from Walmart. Apple integration? Oh, you mean that thing you’ve been “working on” since the dinosaurs roamed the App Store? Please, for the love of HomeKit, stop replying to reviews like a broken record. It’s 2025. My fridge talks to my watch. My dog’s collar syncs with my iPhone. But my apartment—the place I pay actual money to live in—still acts like Apple is some underground startup. At this point, I expect your next update to arrive via smoke signal with a handwritten apology by a carrier pigeon named Steve. Signed, A mildly unhinged Apple user who just wants to unlock her door with her wrist. ______________________________ Date - 4/17/26 Hi again. Still checking on that “high‑priority” Apple integration. It’s been a while, and I’m starting to think the update is stuck behind a dial‑up modem somewhere. I’m still here unlocking my door like it’s a museum exhibit on early mobile technology. At this point, even the imaginary carrier pigeon I mentioned is looking more realistic than an actual release. Signed, Your mildly unhinged Apple user who just wants her wrist to open the door. -- candacejd, 2026-04-17 ### *---- "Waste of time" Always goes off line caused us to have a huge power bill because of the fan circulating control was stuck on -- jmogk, 2026-04-11 ### ***** "Great !" This is the first time I’ve ever used this app. I just moved into a condo and the app has been super helpful -- Banner29, 2026-03-18 ### ***** "Good app" Love it. Handy. Sick. -- Kairatttttttt, 2026-03-15 ### ***** "Futureproof your home" Genius and intuitive -- Traphik427, 2026-01-28 ### *---- "Waste of time App" This App is a waste of time and shame on any apartment or business that chooses to use there services. The app is riddled with bugs and glitches. The customer service is absolutely no help to remediation of services. I login to the app and I can’t get any further than that screen it attempts to load then goes all black and unresponsive. Submitted a trouble ticket and the most they asked was have I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I mean come on can we go a little bit deeper than basic troubleshooting efforts. If I could give them no stars I definitely would. Smh. Please do better for the sake of your customer base, we deserve that much at minimum. -- igotkickz, 2025-12-14 ### ***** "Going On My 3rd Year!" I have enjoyed living at Cactus 42 for some time now, I am going on my 3rd year with a friendly office staff, good solid maintenance, no late/early loud noise irritation, and most importantly, no bug issues!! It’s close to stores and restaurants, it simply a very nice place to live! Ms. E.
